Tracy did a great job walking us through the home inspection - he was very specific in the details and went over all areas of the house, warranty- both inside and out- he communicated well and helped make the experience a very pleasant and easy one. He is a huge asset to your company

I had a great experience with the whole Centex team. Leslie was a great help with getting me approved and all the paperwork involved. Bryan was also essential for a successful home purchase. He was knowledgeable about the homes and all service warranties associated with the build. Quickly responded to any questions/concerns I had.

Overall experience from start to finish was a great experience. Deadlines for the various trades on our home were either met as scheduled or even times were met ahead of schedule. We are very pleased. Definitely would recommend Pulte to our friends and family.

Mary in the sales office went above and beyond. We moved from another state and she made the whole process very easy. Cody the construction manager was very helpful and explained the house warranties very well.

Everything went smoothly, my family and I are highly satisfied. We got our home looking 10/10. Thank you Centex!

Would recommend to purchase through centex

The entire sales, title, and post sales support team at Centex are awesome. Very minor issues with home delivery, (paint scuffs, door lock fit, damaged threshold), all were resolved quickly and painlessly. I recommend Centex and the Pulte family of companies to all.

They were very helpful and communicated well with me throughout this purchase. As a new home owner they answered all my questions that I had.

Great overall home buying experience

I have had all great experiences so far. Alison has been very informative and helpful each time I called. Alison and Ernest walked around and also educated me on how to upkeep maintenance of the property and they both advised if I need anything to contact them directly. I really appreciate that extra mile of knowing someone is a phone call away to point me in the right direction, when I have questions.

This was my first purchase I’ve heard stories of other peoples first time home buying experience and mine went smooth compared to theirs

Overall they were great to work with. Clear in all communications and expectations. Still working with Carter to get a few minor issues taken care of.

Agent=Phillip/Builder=Kevin. Together they kept me up-to-date on progress of building of new house over a 10 week inspection. Phillip provided with regular updates with photos. I had a couple of independent inspections before closing. Kevin worked through all with me until complete. They both did an exceptional job.

Excellent Service and after sales issue solving

The project managers Jared and Sarah were very informative throughout the construction of our home. Also, our customer care manager has been extremely fast in responding to any questions I've had since the completion.

Kyle did an amazing job during the build process. Weekly calls updated us on progress of construction including what had been completed since our last call and what would be completed in the coming week. Also, he was always available to text and responded very quickl. Excellent job!!
