What a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. Sales reps Kristen and Andrew answered all questions and were very helpful. Construction crew managers, Kolby and Edd were on top of everything. They all worked to make the buying process less stressful.

I was a first time homebuyer that was really nervous about buying in the current market. The Centex team at Cinco lakes was honest and friendly from start to finish. They made me confident in my purchase, and I'm really happy in my new home. They not only ensured I knew what I was buying, but they also gave me a primer on how to properly care for my home. Should I purchase another home in the future, I'd be very pleased if Centex was an option.

The process went went great. Because of the timing to build, hurricanes, worker shortages and supply demands caused the build to take longer but we knew that from the start. A quality job. Our construction manager and agent kept us informed regularly and sent us progress photos during the building process. The quality of workmanship was tremendous. The design center meeting was made easy. We would use Centex/Pulte again if we were to build. This is our Forever Home at Cedar Grove. Welcome Home!

The most innovative property, with all your family needs, will definitely take this journey again if the opportunity arises.

The process was very easygoing. The offering of models is comprehensive and the pricing and incentives are competitive! Communication was second to none and the way they manage the buying process, start to finish left us with no question that we made the right choice. Even construction communication was incredible. We were kept informed every step of the way. The finished product is beautiful!

I remembered the first day I walked into the Centex front office. I was uncertain about what I wanted even though I had a lot of specific details I wanted in a home! Looking through different home design on the screen and walking some, gave me a meaningful insight. The entire Team were amazing and very helpful during the building process, very quick to answer emails. It has been a great experience. The Centex team was amazing. We received weekly calls from Monica and Chad with updates about the progress of our new home, future changes, etc. The quality of our house is great, we are enjoying it. 100% recommended!
