From a construction perspective if you’re lucky to hav Ray as your project manager you can rest assured that he’ll deliver a beautiful product. From start to finish everything was done with care and professionalism. Christa took the time to takes videos of several houses for us because we were out of town and needed to view them before our final selection. The construction manager Karl explained how everything in the new house worked and told us about the unmatched warranty Pulte provides. We are trying to buy a second home from Pulte because we liked the first one so much.

I bought a "quick move-in" home in the development. Everything was done and ready for move in by the time I got involved. The blue-tape walk-through and final review of the home was great. The builder has been very responsive to all my follow up questions. Great experience. Very happy with the home.

Excellent construction very high quality and perfect fit for my house.

Our experience with Centex was all positive. We have owned several homes during our lifetime including a custom built house with an excellent small builder, and we were surprised to find a large firm like Centex/Pulte treating us like our small, custom builder. Very responsive customer service after we moved in which to me is the measure of the builder: how they treat you after the deal is done.

In general terms, my family and I are very satisfied with our house, I recommend doing business with Centex Homes

Mark was an awesome builder super friendly extremely responsive! Answered and or corrected everything in record speed and time, super thankful to have him as our builder. The house is truly becoming our home. Sound carries throughout the house the pull through returns above every bedroom and paper thin doors I wish we could change.

builder was the highlight of the purchasing process. Mike is extremely helpful and responded to all my questions expeditiously. The loaning component of the purchase was pretty bad. They told us we had to get flood insurance within 3 days of closing.

Overall purchasing was simple. The house is amazing! Love everything about it.

Easiest mortgage process I have done. Everything was executed as mentioned from the top down with the builder , title , realtor everyone in the transaction. It was effortless and did everything they said they would . 10/10 recommended
