Vernon and Julio were very helpful from start to finish. Started working with Julio who provided me with weekly updates and photos on how my build going and answered any questions I had allaying my fears and concerns. Vernon always took his time to explain to the teeth anything that was asked of him. He was cordial, prompt and quick to respond even when busy. Vernon took it up a notch from where Julio stopped and most importantly, he was very helpful and educated me on the after closing requirement for my new build. Thanks Vernon and Julio.

Centex Homes need to include garage door opener to their homes. They should also include painting of the garage into their plans.

Beginning to end, everyone I came in contact with during my home buying process was professional, straightforward and honest about each step.

There's lots of horror stories online about new builds from all companies, so I was hesitant at first going with a new construction but in the end am very happy I did. The whole process can take a while and be stressful at times but at the end of it all i moved into a great home in a great location. Landon was great to work with and sent weekly updates on the building process. He also made sure anything that needed to be touched up got done. I am confident in the quality of the home and also feel good knowing that if anything comes up in that warranty period they will take care of it. Definitely would recommend to anyone on the fence about going with a new build or not. ... Más
