The experience was great all the people from the sales department were excellent and knowledgeable and Karl the construction manager was very responsive.

Everything they said they will do was done, communication was awesome. The quality of the materials is great our house is comfortable and the area is peaceful

Our sales agent Myra was a great help along the way she made the home buying process simple. We did sign for our new home to be built right as delays started happening down the supply chain but we understood that. Once our home started to take shape you could see everything falling into place, the construction team we had Kolby and Ardit were to notch, they were available to take and answer questions anytime and were always friendly. Going thru Pulte also just seemed perfect and also having them handle the insurance it was all like one stop. The whole team at Pulte is great

The entire experience was great, especially Chris, our build superintendent. He went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed.

My building manager contacts me once in a while to provide the progress of my house. The house is closed on time. There is a manufacturer recall for the tile they used right after closing. They changed the full floor right away and fixed all the damages. Very good quality and smooth transaction.

We had a really great experience building our home with Centex. We had weekly progress meetings so we never felt like we were in the dark about anything. I had my own realtor so I didn't engage with the sales rep Kristi much but whenever I did she was always very pleasant. It was our builders Patrick, Darl, and Justin are truly who made our first home purchase an awesome experience. The were always very responsive and sooo nice. They took the time to explain every step and process in detail no matter how many times they had to do so. Because of this I KNOW our home was built well and with care. They almost felt like family by the end of the process. Even after living in the home for awhile they still will check on us as they drive by. I've heard horror stories about building especially in this market but I'm glad to say we had a VERY smooth process. ... Más

Loved working with the Centex team. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Building during a pandemic had challenges that made completion take a bit longer but that wasn't avoidable. I was kept up to date for each phase. Very happy.
