We decided we wanted one of these beautiful Centex homes almost a year ago. We fell in love with the models & optimistically picked a 5 Br, 3 Ba home - we’re empty nesters! As our lot was decided, as the slab was poured, as the house was framed - EVERY step along the way, we got updates, texts, photos & we were 2000 miles away. None of this was required, but the sales Rep Danny did it anyway! We moved to within 30 minutes of our future home & visited often. The construction managers Drew, Nick, & Byron continued to update us & answer our questions(& we had a lot!) as progress was made! I cannot say enough about the great job from those 3 guys as well as Danny & Iryna in the front office! Moving a long distance with 3 big dogs & building our 1st new home is a monumental undertaking, but they made it so much easier for us!! We’re now moved in (4 weeks ago) & we’ve seen a few slight imperfections (really slight!), but we absolutely LOVE this house! Extremely happy with our home and the building process!

Buying the home was seamless and without any issues from the initial purchase contract with Valen, who explained my purchase options fully and assisted in the selection of the upgrades. When the construction started, Dan and Shane kept me updated weekly and answered all my questions fully on all phases of the construction. From feedback from others, the construction is exceptional. Customer service is exceptional, and the few issues after moving in have been taken care of immediately and professionally. Highly recommend PULTE/CENTEX homes.

We are so glad we built with Centex. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions i had about the build and was willing to meet us at the lot at anytime to made sure we understood what was being said! Our house is now complete and we are fully moved in and so happy with our purchase!

Complete honesty we have found a lot wrong with the construction of our home. This is understandable and expected but what was unexpected was the builder team continuing to correct/replace/and repair everything me and my wife found. To even go as far as correct issues we ourselves caused during move in!

Our experience with Centex builders was great right from the beginning. Their sales representative Michelle at the model home in North River Ranch Brightwood was very helpful and professional. She listened to our needs, wants, and budget and showed us homes that fit all of our parameters. Knowing that we were in town for just a short time, she also helped us in the design studio choose our colors and design package. Expectations for the construction timeline were given to us right from the beginning and thankfully the timeline was met within a month of the time promised. We have been very happy with the quality of the build and with the timeliness of corrections that we requested. It was very helpful to have Jared, our site manager as a contact with any questions or concerns that we had during the building process.
