Excellent Responses Fast Good Job Happy

Buying a home is stressful and difficult. Building a home is just the same. If you go into the process expecting to experience stress because of the nature of the life event, you will be very satisfied with Centex (or any other Pulte-branded home). These people work so incredibly hard for their customers. It may not always seem so when you don't get a response to an email with a couple hours, however once you get into the process, you see your sales counselor at the sales center with back-to-back appointments and your field manager out on site walking multiple homes a day while also maintaining appointments with other customers, vendors and inspectors, you realize they really care about the quality of the home they build for their customers. Building a home is by no means a simple process comparable to picking out a brand of cereal to buy at the grocery store, however Centex makes it as easy and simple as they can within reason. The mortgage process (we used Pulte Mortgage Company) was also very simple and we always had a point of contact we could go to with concerns at any time. The follow-up experience from our field manager has been fantastic as well. He even notified us a month after closing (which is when all work should have been forwarded to the warranty department) that our range had a dent on the side (which wasn't visible when slid into the cabinetry) which he had previously forgotten about since our home was obtaining certificate of occupancy with that range. He forgot to replace it during that time and stopped by our home to check and let us know he'd be replacing it as soon as possible. The follow up and care for the homes in our neighborhood are superb and we could not be happier. The sales team, mortgage team, and construction team did a wonderful job setting expectations with us and fulfilling those expectations perfectly. There were no surprises and while the process was naturally stressful, as any home purchase would be, none of it was worth writing home about. We are very happy with our new home. ... Más

Great from beginning to end.

From the moment we walked in the office until the final walkthrough, we were thoroughly pleased. Our questions were answered quickly and our concerns were dealt with professionally.

My family came across Centex in our home search and found that the Lincoln floor plan would perfectly fit out needs. As first-time homebuyers, the agent walked us through the process of the purchase agreement and any necessary change orders. She worked well with our realtor which was important to us because we were out of state during this process. My lending agent was pleased with the responsiveness of Pulte's title company as well for a smooth closing process. Centex's field manager, Robert, and his team did a great job with the house's quality. My family and I were very impressed when we arrived for the walkthrough. I had the time of my life purchasing my first home they helped me from start to finish it was a very simple and easy process. Claudia was Uber patient with us as first time home buyers. We were pretty indecisive but ended up wanting the home. John was great at helping us through the process as well. He was responsive and would help with things even after we closed on the home because there are things you don't notice until after you move into the home. John took it upon himself to make sure everything was fixed and more.

We had a few hiccups but Tyler personally fixed all of our issues. Y’all should give him a raise that guy is a superhero.
