Great deal and very nice neighborhood!

Working with Centex to purchase and build my home was an incredibly smooth journey - they delivered a high quality experience at all corners of the process and I would highly recommend them.

Having my home built by Pulte has been a wonderful experience. The sales team, building team, finance team, and the closing team, were all a pleasure to work with. All team members were quick to respond with any questions I had. They walked me through the entire process. The weekly checkins were a huge help because I was not able to drive out to see the progress on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Pulte to build your next home. I cannot say enough good things about their entire team including Jessica, Shane, Sam, Ryan, Kenzie, Sophia, and Amy. We’re very happy with our Centex home! Every home build comes with setbacks and frustrations, especially during a pandemic. But we are happy with the quality of work, professionalism of staff, and overall finish of our home.

Such a smooth process with Centex! We had Skyler as our sales consultant and she was a huge part in why we chose Centex! Anthony and Eric were the best field managers! They went out of their way to explain the process in detail, answering all of our questions in a timely matter! I would recommend Centex to anyone looking to build a beautiful home with high end finishes!

The builder was very responsive to the issues That I figured out after moving into the house. They resolved my issues very quickly and I was very satisfied with the customer service I got even after closing the house.

Being a first time home buyer I was excited & nervous entering the whole process. My realator Shellod and Centex made it simple! OJ at the centex comminity was amazing from the 1st time I stepped foot in the office! Tim (builder ) was soooooo awesome throughout the building process and was knowledgeable about everything that I had questions about even though he covered all points from the start. Took about 7 months to build the home entirely and I was able to watch it come to life each step of the way. The lenders kept in touch with the community and closing day I was able to get in and out leaving with my brand new homes keys!! The market is rising and I came in with equity! The builder representative, Chaze Batson, was a blessing to have as we purchased our new home. He ensured we had everything covered and taken care of to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience thoughout our purchase and even after. He was always readily available to assist and answer any questions we had anytime of day. My family and I were so blessed to have him and his phenomenal customer service and hospitality. Thank you Mr. Chaze Batson and Centex home for our beautiful forever home.

Through all of the material delays due to COVID Tim and his team worked incredibly hard to build my home with quality, integrity, and care within a timely manner. Tim remained in constant communication providing updates throughout the process. I am very pleased with my home and grateful for the entire Pulte team!

We bought our home about 3 months ago and Corbin was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the buying process. We never felt alone , any questions we had he was there to answer them. Katy was amazing with every step of the building process! Katy answered every question, showed us everything and made us feel very comfortable. We bought two homes, one with a different builder. We bought the Centex home in June and moved in last month. We bought the other home from a different builder in January, yes 6 months earlier, and they are still building it!!!!
