My home buying experience was very good & all of the people I worked with were very helpful, kind, respectful & professional.

A home builder is only as good as the people they have running the job in the field. The superintendent that built my house was by far the #1 thing that stood out. He is very responsive, treats any situation as a priority, and is easy to communicate with. Were it not for him, my experience would have been less than great

We are loving our Centex home and the team was great! They had no problem making sure we got answers to all of our questions!

We purchased the home in July, 2020. So far we are very satisfied with the purchase. Everything was as expected. When there was an issue it was resolved expediently. Their first year warranty includes everything in the home which gives piece of mind.

I found Centex by accident while searching for a new home. A very positive conversation with a lady helped me to feel confident with Centex. The lady was attending a workshop and just by serendipity she happened to mention her daughter had just moved to Hidden Valley by Centex. Armed with that recommendation I returned to Hidden Valley to choose a new home. I choose the Martin Ray and am very pleased. Elisa Parrot was very thorough, professional and welcoming. Selecting finishes, cabinets, lighting offered a very fair amount of choices. Mike Goushaw as Field Manager was detail oriented, easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. The mortgage group also professional and accommodating. I had several conversations with Mike O’Shea, Jimmy Hatzimimis and Caroline Dermon, each were patient and thorough in their descriptions and answers to my questions. If this sounds like too good to be true, I will say there were some bumps in the road. However, questions/ concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. Centex Homes really helped me to get the home I wanted. They were there for any questions and any issue that arose in the buying process. The thing I liked about them the most was that they seemed to really care, and that they really wanted me to get the home so I could become a homeowner.

Our construction manager was great to deal with and continues to be helpful as we ha e progressively gotten settled. It was a great experience and we are excited for our new home!

We are a first time buyer and they guide us through the process. They were very helpful and can be trusted. They provide good quality materials. The managers and staff are very responsive to us. We are now enjoying our beautiful home.

Let start with our Sales Consultant who was a joy to work with and she answered all our questions regarding the model home we choose. We visited with her quite often. Our Field Manger kept us advised on a weekly basis on the building process. During our walk through he explained the home features and provided feedback and follow-up regarding our concerns.

Salesperson very knowledgable and helpful from initial meeting all the way through the closing process. Onsite production manager very knowledgable and helpful too. We visited the Conway area and met with several builders before deciding to make our home purchase. Center Pulte homes were by far the best priced for our retirement investment. We could not have made a better decision!

Though we were not present during home building process and closing of our new home it all went very smoothly. Field manager and his team and all other teams had done great job. a great job.
