We had a great home buying experience with Centex. Quality building and we feel safe in the event of a storm here in SWFL. However, our best experience has been the after care given by Keith. He’s super attentive, action-oriented and responsive. We know we can trust and count on him to really care about our needs and concerns.

The house was completed as scheduled and Kimberly worked around our schedule to set up a closing day that was convenient to us. They both, obviously, take pride in the their job and the product that they’re offering to prospective customers.

From the moment I came in to look at what my possible new home would look like I felt like a was actually coming home. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and most of all patient. They showed us the possibilities and helped make them become reality! I love the place and very nice

On my walkthrough, she showed me everything there was to show with explanations and examples so that I understood how my new home functions and how my appliances work.

There were a few glitches but there was always someone to help find a solution. Buying a home is stressful- especially if one is not in the area. That wasn’t a problem.

This company is competent and reliable.

The construction manager, Ryan, was in constant contact with us letting us know where our house was, as we were out of state. Our inspector said the house was very well built, and we love it.

I'm so glad to have found this home in this location. I started immediately with Kristen who was so great in helping with even more than I was expecting. This carried over to discussions with the builder, Walker. He too went above and beyond. This has definitely been a great experience, and I would highly recommend having a conversation with them here if one is looking for a new home.

For a first time buyer, the entire team did an amazing job making the home buying process simple and quick. They also took the time to make sure that I understood all the paperwork involved, answered all questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the house.

There r a few kinks to work out, but they r working on it.
