Very Good experience, specially with the sales management team. Centex should be the first choice when shopping for houses.

Everyone I worked with was great. They were able to answer any questions. When we couldn’t get internet service when we first moved in they set us up with a hotspot to use until internet became available. My one complaint is none of the cabinet doors or drawers come with “pulls”. Also the entire house came with “flat” paint which scuffs too easily and is hard to clean up. I wish they would have used a satin finish instead.Our head builder Mike and selling agent CJ have been amazing to work with allowing me to change closing date without penalty and keeping me informed of the building process etc ... As a first time homebuyer who had been searching for a couple or years, it was refreshing to see a builder that took the time to keep us updated and take care of us. We were made aware of what was going on, every step of the way. And due to the market declining, they even gave us a discount! I don't think I've ever heard of another builder doing so. It was very much appreciated! I understand this area is not as high demand, and profits needs to be made, but it would be nice to have a small park or community area. There's still plenty of land left to do so. I feel it would definitely bring people in, vs the other neighborhoods around us. I also understand that cuts had to be made and supply chain issues are still very much there. But it would have been nice to have more options on the materials used, or the appliances. I wouldn't have mjnded paying for higher quality items. Hopefully now that things have calmed down, they will go back to that. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints. The process of buying a house is very tiresome but when you get a dedicated team of professionals like the one at Centex they make it more easy that's what I learnt.

They were timely, kept me in the loop on updates, were professional and were accommodating in explaining the process and lightening the stress. This company was just ausome everything was just great. Our house is beautiful. We are so happy we bought a home with centex.

The rooms are so pretty and big

My overall experience was very pleasant.

Juan Pablo was easily the best part of our experience. We had heard dreadful stories of people dealing with builders, but JP exceeded our expectations. He walked us through each part of the process and was always available for questions/ concerns.

Very good subdivision..I love it,the houses are very homey..the landscaping in the area is superb. Myra and Cody are very knowledgeable in their work and with good customer service ..

Fast and easy home buying process. Great first family home we have ever bought and couldn’t complain about anything so far.

Overall the craftsmanship is good. The time it took them to finish was appropriate and on time. Small blemishes but I'm not that picky. But I can see them needing to get this right in the future.

Kristin was always available to answer questions, just like Ardit. Weekly updates kept us in the loop on schedules and when we could expect things to happen. not only did they keep us informed, but we moved in ahead of the projected completion date! The buying process was so easy, it was almost scary!

Construction people gave timely updates on build progress and the mortgage people at the closing office were really nice.

Our sales person and construction manager were great. Overall the house is fine, my only complaint is about the paint used. It’s a flat paint (which we weren’t told a difference as first time buyers) so it’s impossible to clean, we’ll have to repaint the house which is unfortunate to think about when you just move in. Otherwise it’s great.

The materials or specially fixtures been used are not of the top quality, i get it, it based on what you paid.. but i was ready to pay the higger price for getting better stuff but i was hushed by saying options are already been selected and can’t make changes to it now. Result is we we’re not happy with the new house. Otherwise people are good and try to work with you in aby regards.

Pulte Homes is a large corporation with many different subsidiary companies. From Sales, mortgage, insurance, builders, and finally Title company employees. All of them were very attentive, courteous, and helpful. The mortgage company reps were especially helpful and eager to try to have us come under their umbrella. One drawback to the constant attention was it was difficult to break away with a different company for any part of the purchase. And, the only somewhat annoying thing, was how many reviews I had to do after it was done. I think this is the third review I have given. The grass that was installed was terrible. Most didn’t have dirt connected to it and is straw now. I mentioned it to the contractor and he said they were switching sod companies that only benefited my neighbors that have really nice sod now.

I was and am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Cynthia and the entire Centex/Pulte Team were genuine in their intent to help us get into our home without any added stress. They were kind, caring and seemed to always be looking out for our best interest. They for sure built a trust and lasting friendship through the process. I can’t thank them enough for making this move a reality for us.
