It’s a nice neighborhood hood and the homes are nice

The entire team at centex homes were awesome..they were very timely with all of my request. They made sure I had all of the information I needed. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful.

I love the fact that there's a team I could speak with if there's any issues.

My builder, Thomas, was great!

The floorpan I choose is great and meets the needs of my family. I love the location of the neighborhood and customer service -Keri-is wonderful. My Field Manager -Alex-is great, knowledgeable and helpful.

Centex called me plenty of times to deliver updates on the house and for our first time buying a home it went very smooth. Don was great to work with as well as Kenny and Andrew. They made us feel secure in buying our new home and when issues arose they provided quick solutions such as when they had to put a different type of brick in.

I felt that there was areas in the house where they didn’t take pride in there work.

Building process went smooth, without delays. House looks good, quality of building is descent, small issues exist, but they will be easily fixed by builder. Building team provide information during the building process, was easy to access and communicate. I will definitely recommend the potential buyers to become clients of that builder.

From start to finish, the experience was handled very professionally. The frontline sales associate was approachable and understanding, helping us make decisions that we still absolutely love. And she made keen suggestions based on our specific situation. The construction manager, who ran point during the latter end of the build, gave us accurate and precise timelines and information that was key to helping us plan accordingly. Needless to say, we have a ton of confidence that this team always performs at or above this level. Highly suggest this Carlson Place Georgetown Team if you are a first-time buyer, like we were. Also, if you are looking for a homebuilder who can navigate and handle the issues presented by industry shortages, freak Texas weather, and high demand for product, then Centex/Pulte should be at the top of your list. ... Trustworthy caring and passionate

As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed with the idea of building a new home and was sooo worried about timeline delays and understanding the build process! Everyone I talked to from sales associates, to the project manager, mortgage team, everyone was very informative, took there time to explain every detail. I felt at ease throughout the process.

The house was ready on the date promised and we were able to tour the house virtually and purchase it from across the country. So far the house seems well built and we like the large walk in closet and pantry.

Everything was gr8, just wish they'd told me that if I want outside Garage lights, I have to pat for the pre-wire like they told me about ceiling fans, I had to have someone come after moving in to get outside garage lights bcuz I did not know they were not standard, every home comes standard with garage lights except this community. Pete the Builder was gr8, he was very thorough with going over & explaining everything right before closing during the walk thru, he is gr8 at his job, so other than that, it was a gr8 experience

They use quality products in the home building process

The S. Bloomfield team (Scott and David) were fantastic to work with and made the buying experience a simple, and painless process. The workmanship was as expected and they have been awesome to work with in regards to touch-ups, discoveries and other minor issues that goes with home buying. Nothing is ever 100%, but they go above and beyond to ensure that things are done as expected!

The people have been absolutely great and we love our new home. The quality of the work done wasn’t as amazing; minor cosmetic issues.

Awesome place to leave

The builder team provided very good details information of the features of the property. Also, they responded in a timely fashion. The builder finished the property according to the date scheduled.

They're always there to answer questions. Ray and Quinn will answer your phone calls at anytime. That's wonderful. Even after closing my house, they still stop by to check if I'm doing okay. Not forget Michael and the tall guy with the maroon truck who are part of the company. That shows how cooperative , loving and togetherness there're. Total team work. Guys, continue with that spirit.
