This is our 2nd home we've purchased with Pulte/Centex. We have also bought a home with another major builder and there is a world of difference. While no home building process is stress free or without its hiccups, I wouldn't hesitate to choose them in the future. They're on top of communication, they're overall transparent and they care. I think this may greatly depend on who your construction manager is, we had an excellent one

Every thing looks good and beautiful

Very few issues so far. My view of trees will vanish soon due to construction. Water pond needs cleaning as irresponsible people throw litter in it.

I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. The staff was professional and were there to answer and solve any issues in a timely manner.

Kristi and Chad were a great help throughout this process! We are first time home buyers, so everything felt a bit daunting at first, but they answered our questions and assisted us promptly with no complaints or hesitation! Thank you for all your help!

The only issue we had was with the interest rate that was offered. We didn’t get it because of communication from the builder to the financing team with Pulte but still had a good rate. Overall quality and responsiveness to any issues with the home has been great so far.

Centex was easy to work with and the people are friendly.

Overall experience was great. Home needs minor touch ups but overall amazing great product for value/price

This is our second new build purchase and we were surprised by the quality. Not bad for the price. Way better than Taylor Morrison!!!

I would like to say please be mindful of the salesman that is assisting you. Not all are truthful. I love my home but there are little things about the home such as some of the doors we can not put down decorative rugs due to the doors are too low to the ground in order to open the doors with the rug, we have to move the rug every time which is such a inconvenience. Some doors don’t latch meaning the lock on the door doesn’t matter since it doesn’t fully close. The best thing I would say about our home is that it stays cool in doors which is a plus for hot days. When we first moved in the a/c wasn’t working properly and this is a NEW HOME which was a shocker. A/c was fixed when we put an order in now the a/c is working properly. We had to get the plug fixed where our refrigerator was due to the plug in on the wall was bad the plug kept causing our refrigerator to unplug, but we put in an order to have the plug in looked at and now it’s working properly. Other than those things our home is nice so happy to be a first time buyer my family and I are so blessed. Thank you Centex for helping my family and I buy our new home. :) ... Más

Wonderful experience. Developer rep Lorenzo was excellent during our walk through. He noted all requests and got moving instantly. Prior had limited communication issues on when the home would be ready but aside from that would recommend.

It was great experience, Ryan neely helped to understand the design and structure. Carter was the construction manager and he always informed me with the construction updates along with my queries and all queries were answered and resolved.

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

Overall a great home but quality of material could be a bit better for the value being paid

As a First Time Home Owner, I had a lot of questions about the buying process and things that I'll have to know about the different pieces that make it a Home. Sales Office and the Construction Team was always flexible with my timings (I'm a Out of State buyer, who had to travel a lot for our meetings) and to answer all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the smooth process. Few of the steps seamed intimidating and I guess it’s part of the culture of the Sales process at Pulse/Centex. I felt they kind of rushed me into signing a contract and making the initial deposit. Speaking of Quality, Its a solid 4/5. I had few minor issues after moved in which were promptly responded to to be taken care of. Walkthrough was really a huge win for us as we learned a lot of bits and pieces that are in our home. A Huge Thank You! to the construction manager for all the effort that he put into this. Over all, Its great. I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

We were very pleased with our home buying experience beginning with our sales Rep Tom to our Project Manager Bryan. We were continually informed of the status on our home throughout every phase. Both Tom and Bryan addressed every concern professionally. Bryan completed every punch list item making certain that each trade scheduled completed their task. Bryan’s dedication to his his position is extraordinary.

Overall the experience was ok. I’m still having issues with the grass that was laid. Many parts are just mud and barely any grass. I’ve hired a company to come treat the grass, but with grass missing in some parts, there’s only so much they can do.

In general, the house is very nice and seems to be good value for the money. There have been some minor 'teething troubles', most of which have been fixed. We got the impression they were trying to finish a bunch of houses and get them sold before the end of the year and the hurry shows in some of the finish details. As I said, most of these have been fixed but it's a bit disappointing to have to go through the process of getting them fixed.

Being organized and flexible with the Centex builder and loan team helps facilitate the process.

Keren (sales manager ) is so good at proving the updates and follow ups Anu - loan office manager , I was tired with submittting several documents , Ani is so kind and helpful in documentation process , she explained why the documents are necessary for processing Ali - builder , happpy to work with her again , she is friendly and pointed several cosmetics while closure which I can’t see , also she helped in fixing few minor thing as well . Great to work with above ladies Note : Centex homes quality may be needs to improve mainly the doors across all over the house
