Overall a good to near great experience. Only two recommendations and one complaint. Recommend that the stove vent actually vent outside. Recommend additional lighting in the bathrooms. My only complaint is the vinyl flooring. Cheap quality. Dents, scratches and tears way too easily.

Very good construction progress update. Nice staff who tried to make sure that we are statisfied with construction and till the closing of the house.

My building manager was great during the building process. He kept me informed throught, and helped make this a great first time home buying experience. In addition, my sales consultant was very friendly and helpful.

Jesse was our sales person and he was the one who showed us the options we had for our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me find the perfect floor plan for us. Our builders Miguel and Luis were so nice and informative in the next steps for our new home. They would always give me weekly updates and any issues they encounter. The only thing i hated of the construction process was the time they took to complete my home. Initially they told me six months but ended up taking eight months. I was stuck in a month to month lease at my apartments for three months. But unfortunately due to Covid builders are fighting for materials and waiting eight months is the new normal timeline. ... Más

The builders did a great job. I have only been here for a month but have found no issues at all. I really appreciate the builder's supervisor, A.J. she was amazing. She was always available when I had questions, she was very thorough when explaining my house during my walk through.

If you have the fortune of having Mason doing your walk throughs, you are in good hands

Please install gutters on future builds or give an allowance.

It was a smooth transaction taking in consideration we were buyers from outstate. They helped us with every questions and regards.

Love the community. Only thing I would keep in mind is the carpet, I usually feel some sharp nails, and a month in the carpet on the staircase has already ripped apart from the baseboard.

Building a hime comes with its own challenges. Sales and site managers were very informative. Quality of flooring products at base choices could be better.

Charles construction manager is a good person He has tried to respond and fix any issues that I have had with the home. My home is beautiful just waiting on a few other issues that need taken care of. Overall good beautiful well built home. Thank you

Great support from the building manager. Issues were paint droppings on floor, clogged shower drain, leaking spigot in bath tub. Really bad leak in the irrigation. I am still trying to figure out the continued wetness on side of house. We have an unsightly hose coming from house for A/C drainage. I'm sure there is a few more items but perhaps I'll address them at a later time.

Our site manager made our build much easier to manage. He was very timely and would respond to almost all of my questions within a few hours. I appreciate the sales office as well, they made it a very smooth transition.

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

Overall good experience. Having issues getting product in still after closing and it’s a ghost town hearing back for follow ups. Recently other builders around us hit our septic line and now we’re stuck going through the warranty process and it’s been a headache. Things happen but starting to get a feeling once you close they don’t care anymore!

Every single person I worked with or even just spoke to were very responsive to my questions. This is a great team to work with if buying a home. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my appraisal came in quite a bit under the asking price and I was told I would have to make up the difference. I understand building materials have really gone up recently, but how can you expect someone to pay more than the actual value with a take it or leave it attitude? We came to New Braunfels TX needing a home. It was stressful with a new job and pregnant wife. Melissa helped relieve the stress by finding us a home and getting us moved in within our time window! With houses in high demand we were pleased to find a home. Thank You to Melissa and Austin in the Elley Crossing sales office. Brett made sure our house was ready at closing. This team did a good job with our home!

I do love my home and I felt like good intentions were in place to give us a perfect house but we did have a few hiccups upon moving in.

I just realized that the oven was not placed correctly; I don't know how to reach out to see if something can be done about this
