No issues with construction or sales at property

My interaction with Kyle H, my building POC was amazing. Any issues were/are being addressed.

The customer service at Centex has been top-notch. Every person we've worked with has been responsive and taken our concerns seriously. The overall quality seems good, but we've noticed minor quality issues (mostly cosmetic) since moving in. These include imperfections in trim that were painted over, bubbles in grout, crooked screws in fixtures, etc.

Very transparent and keeps you in the loop regarding the timeframes. I rarely Had to call and follow up on anything. Robert was great to work with.

It was a good experience. Warranty people have been very helpful with a few small issues.

We really like the community we live in. The Hampton model is really nice for us. A couple of small issues that could be improved on. 1. When asked about pre-wiring for ceiling fans it was not clear and we expected that there would be electrical for overhead lighting for the rooms we didn't choose this option, but there isn't. 2. I was very dissatisfied that Centex would not allow insulation to be installed as an option to the interior walls for sound insulation between rooms. 3. It would have been nice to have a water line run from the kitchen sink to behind the refrigerator so an under sink pure water system could feed the ice maker. ... Más

Overall I had the best experience with Chris, the gentleman who completed my final inspection and went above and beyond in assisting me with minor issues/questions after receiving delivery of the home.

Barbara kept us informed during the building process. She made the experience great.

We had a great experience with management on all levels from sales to construction to warranty. The quality is good with minor craftsmanship concerns that are readily addressed by warranty. Overall we love our new home and look forward to growing our family in this neighborhood.

I actually used to work for Centex years ago. They were a great company then and now going through the experience as a buyer, the home and all that comes "standard" rather than paying for upgrades on everything was the reason I went with them.

Overall great experience and service.

Process is very thorough. However, ask questions about everything. We were not made aware of a garage extension or that the lanai can be extended. We were also unaware that when building a pool it does not include a hand rail like the model home. Every upgrade costs $. All in all, great people to work with from sales to project manager to warranty people. It was a great experience and we live the area!

It is okay i guess

I think somethings fell thru the cracks at the moment of explaining all possible options for the home, but overall good experience with both the seller and construction management and to this point continue to have good communication with both. I would try again with Centex Homes in any future home purchase.

Builder is great and you get a great value for the price! Have several options to meet your needs.

Overall it was Great Experience, i was connected to builder and they informed about all the activities going on related to construction and had some meetings as well when needed...
