They have spacious floor plans , I like that part . But I feel materials are not so strong . Could be more better .

Overall, the value of the home is great. It's a starter home but you get what you pay for and we are happy to be in it. We have had a few issues along the way where the options weren't laid out to us and we would have done some things differently. If I were to do it again, I'd buy with Centex but I'd make sure I asked about every little thing possible instead of trusting them to take me through it all.

The only reason I gave only 3 stars on responsiveness is because it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to fix our sliding glass doors that we could not use until it was fixed.

Centex was great to work with throughout the home construction and purchasing process. We love our new home and many of the features are excellent. We would have liked to have other options for some of the finishes (faucets, lights, etc.), and we never received a paint touch up kit which we were told was something everyone would be given. We were also given a tree in our backyard that began to die and lose its leaves within two days of its installation, although there is a chance it will come back in the spring. There was also a short delay in our keys being provided to us on our closing day. These issues aside, everything else about the process went very well, and everyone we encountered that worked for Centex was kind and helpful. Our home is beautiful and comfortable. It takes forever with repeated calls to get issues addressed

There were some details on the final constructions that was requested to correct, there was hesitation from superintendent to correct them until management was involved. All concerns were corrected.

Home is good but having some issues with the brand new appliance (washer)

Everything about my build was AWESOME! I loved every step, right up until the end. I went in to do some tape for drywall issues and then again... And again. Closed on the house and that afternoon drywallers came back because they missed spots that I had taped 10 times before. I talked with my neighbors and all of them seem to have the same feelings that the drywall is poor quality. I took one star off quality and value because of the poor drywall. The drywall is the finished surface indoors and seeing blemishes, bubbles, lines, divots, etc bring down the perceived value.

Centex provides good service when you reach out for any home defects. There will be flaws but its just something to monitor as time goes on.

I had a great experience - any issues I had during the build or after closing has been addressed.

We had several issues concerning our side & rear yards regarding the landscaping, drainage, etc. These issues go back to the week of March 13th, when we walked our property w/Justin since Chaz was out for Covid-19 quarantine. As of last week, we met w/Chaz & Baytree Landscaping & hope our yard issues can be resolved this week per Chaz & Baytree.

For a suburban home lot it isn't bad. I cant help but think could could more out of my money by just custom building slightly further out of town. It is a tract home so quality is pretty good for the most part but there Is definitely signs of going fast. They did a decent job for drainage on the whole community but they should have still put more thought into it because they definitely went the cheap route.

Todas las puertas de mi casa deben tener la parte superior e inferior lijadas y pintadas. Es necesario volver a pintar todo el interior y el exterior (entraron y se retocaron, se puede ver la diferencia) Varias áreas aún necesitan ser reparadas. Las ventanas no las puedo abrir o bloquear una vez que las bajo. En la parte inferior de la puerta del patio falta yeso. La barra de la ducha en el segundo baño no se instaló correctamente. La puerta de entrada debe ajustarse para que no entre luz ni insectos. Todavía encuentro virutas de madera en los armarios mientras limpio y guardo cosas.

Como cualquier nueva construcción, la casa estaba casi perfecta, con algunos problemas menores (dos piezas de madera no estaban colocadas correctamente, la puerta del garaje estaba abollada, pequeñas manchas de yeso que necesitaban limpieza). Les pedí que los arreglaran y los manejé todos dentro de una semana después de notificarlos. Cosas menores como esa son casi inevitables tan rápido y construyen estas casas. Hasta ahora estoy muy contento con la casa y con la respuesta de los pocos problemas menores que envié para ser reparados. La única razón por la que no doy 5 estrellas por toda la experiencia de compra de una casa es porque pasé por la hipoteca Pulte y, lamentablemente, fue un problema tras otro con todo el proceso sin ningún motivo. ... Todo está bien, excepto el paisaje. ¡El contratista de jardinería hizo un trabajo terrible! ¡Hay muchas áreas profundas y muchos baches en el patio! ¡Todo el vecindario tiene el mismo problema! Centex debería enviar al equipo de jardinería a rehacer lo que no hicieron bien la primera vez, ¡la gente podría demandar a Centex cuando se lastime al pisar estos baches! Solucione este problema para todos los miembros de esta comunidad.

Fue una buena experiencia en general. Se cumplió el cronograma hasta la finalización. Feliz con el hogar.

Gran constructor, pero tómese su tiempo en el proceso de selección, desde la elección de su lote hasta la elevación, las opciones interiores y exteriores, ya que puede volverse MUY abrumador. Estará feliz con el resultado final si hace esto.

El proceso de compra de una vivienda fue sencillo y oportuno. Recomendaría centex homes a todos aquellos que deseen comprar una nueva casa.

El administrador del edificio fue excepcional, muy atento y profesional. Calidad de la construcción: algunos aspectos se apresuraron. Los pintores eran terribles. El sello de calafateo de la moldura de corona está descuidado y ya comienza a separarse. La elección del lavavajillas es deficiente debido a la calidad de su funcionamiento y al aspecto general.

Muy conocedor, atento y comprensivo en lo que está buscando. Su producto habla por sí solo.
