El vendedor y el gerente de proyecto se preocupan por sus experiencias. Sin embargo, ha sido un desafío después de cerrar con un par de proveedores para reparar o corregir las cosas, así que tenga cuidado y manténgase al tanto de ellos.

Fue genial trabajar con el contratista. Él se aseguró de que toda nuestra preocupación fuera manejada con cuidado.

Amamos nuestro hogar y sabemos que hay problemas de crecimiento con cualquier hogar / automóvil nuevo / etc. Sin embargo, cuando ha pasado casi un mes desde la inspección de 30 días y las cosas aún no se han solucionado, yo diría que el cuidado posterior es muy deficiente. ¡La experiencia de compra fue increíble! No hubo problemas importantes. Todo lo que pedimos se resolvió de manera oportuna después de algunos intentos.

La mala mano de obra lleva a hacer over ... hágalo bien por primera vez ... los trabajadores necesitan una supervisión más cercana ... El supervisor del lugar de trabajo hizo todo lo que pudo para controlar las situaciones ... Do over no está restringido a 1 área. Es en yeso, pintura, electricidad, ladrillos, paisaje, etc. Sin embargo, cuando se indica, se toman medidas correctivas.

La única queja es dónde colocaron la unidad de aire acondicionado en comparación con la ventana del dormitorio cuando podrían haber elegido fácilmente otro lugar que no sea tan intrusivo.

Después de mudarnos a la nueva casa, encontramos problemas que deberían haberse abordado durante la construcción. El trabajo de pintura y molduras de puertas no es de gran calidad. El diseño de aire acondicionado para el primer piso ha sido defectuoso como resultado de lo cual dos habitaciones en el primer piso se mantuvieron calientes y tuvieron que iniciar sesión en el departamento de garantía. Los asientos de los inodoros ya están perdiendo color en 2 semanas, ya que se utilizó calidad barata. El timbre de la puerta y la cerradura de la puerta principal tuvieron que ser reemplazados. Buen hogar por el precio

Centex Homes facilita la entrada a una casa. Nuestra vendedora estaba muy bien informada y fue muy útil. El gerente de construcción fue menos servicial y tuvimos una experiencia amarga en general hacia el final del proceso. Nos encanta nuestro hogar, todavía tiene problemas abiertos esperando ser resueltos, pero en general, nos alegramos de tener el hogar.

En general satisfactorio

He vivido en esta casa menos de un mes y ya me han caído los revestimientos literalmente, las puertas no cierran correctamente, el trabajo de pintura fue terrible, el calafateo fue terrible, los inodoros están sueltos, el triturador de basura necesita mantenimiento, clavos y grietas en todas partes !

Creo que la experiencia fue buena en general.

¡Aunque mi gerente de campo durante este proyecto fue excelente! Creo que el constructor debería hacer algunas cosas para garantizar sus casas y propiedades. Siento que su equipo de ventas careció de asistencia durante mi construcción y ni siquiera me dieron un recorrido por las instalaciones, lo que me hizo casi repensar mi compra ... en general, mi casa es increíble con algunos problemas menores y espero que la garantía pueda comprometerse a reparar lo antes posible, además que es una hermosa casa !!!

Our sales agent with Centex was, Derrick, was not very helpful or responsive to many issues. He was also unaware of the correct rate he could offer buyers, as our rate went from a 3.99 with no buy down to a 4.6 with no buy down. This of course was after the 3k in earnest money was put down and could not he refunded. Beer cans were found in addict, lots of issues found thanks to a pre drywall inspection I paid extra to have done. Shady sales tactics and not so great construction company used over. Great building manager was the only plus from our experience

Love the neighborhood and the people who help showing us around. However, the lack of urgency in responding to issues on the home is a concern. All of the issues so far have been construction error and completely out of our control. Yet, we’ve been made to feel like it’s our fault and we should just deal with it until they can get someone over eventually. Lack of communication and responsiveness have been a huge concern.

Sells and loan processing was great, underwriting was nerve racking, constantly changing requirements to close. And the knowledge, accountability and response from the construction project manager was horrible.

Overall the beginning of the buying journey was good. You had consistent support, but after moving in I notice multiple areas that shows the poor quality of drywall and other work in the house. I have been unable to submit a claim because the customer service teams does not return your calls. It is critical to have a reliable POC after closing to address issues.

The sales rep was great. I’ve bought centex before where quality and character of the home were more evident. This community was certainly on a budget and with vinyl as the shell it meant upgrades and finishes were basic or non-existent. The Construction manager was kind through the walk through phase and then things change. Layouts of the homes are great overall though.

The quality of the products. When it comes to the trims. Painting and etc it was not worth it. Gray was not easy to work with. If it were issues when I came to him to let him know what was incorrect. He acted as if he was offended when I question him. I closed on the home and shouldn’t have until everything was done correctly. After closing I see things more and more are incorrect. Gray made my experience worse.

I will keep it short and sweet. I had a fantastic buying experience a+. From the moment we fell in love with the house to the closing process went as smooth as it should. After closing we found a lot of issues that should have never been issues, just poor workmanship. From building materials down my drain and clogging up our whole house to the dryer vent being shoved into place and closed for no air to escape, and a gas leak that could not be detected by the plumbers or appliance technician. Trusses in the attic broken and not attached to anything, no electric to the doorbell. These mistakes are proof that the workmanship was poor to none. There was no pride in their work. When workers came to fix these issues, there was a huge language barrier which made it very frustrating. We find ourselves very lucky that we were able to notice an issue with the dryer vent that could have caused a fire, plus the gas leaking for 2 months which could have been a terrible situation. With all these issues already, a home inspection or two may be needed to find myself feeling safe in my new home. ... Más
