Builders team was great with updates.

Overall it was a good experience and happy with my new home. I wish builder would use better quality materials and would pay attention more to details. My honest opinion is that if in the future I will purchase new construction again probably not going to do it with Centex again.

The garage was unfinished and I was unhappy, now i like it

Its a nice house but definitely could have been done better. Lots of details that could have been done better. I have had to call several times already for repairs and work and I have just been here less than 2 months.

Leaks and pipe issues and its only been weeks. Cheap paint try to paint as soon as possible.

Nice Community to live in!

Everyone was very responsive BEFORE closing. But after closing it was like talking in the dark. The house has several small issues and I have noted with the building manager, but no response has been received. The quality of sod for front lawn is sub-par. The finish in many places is just done half-heartedly. I will not recommend Centex to anyone for new home building.

Our builder Race was responsive to our concerns and tried his best to accomodate.

Our salesperson and field manager were excellent. But the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Even after two walkthrus the contractors only accomplished approximately 60% of what was pointed out. The painters have no idea what a straight line looks like and the sheetrock crews use their fingers to smooth caulk.

Been in the house a month and have found multiple repair issues.

Construction was adequate paint jobs can be improved.

Its hard to get in touch with them specially on small issues

Buying a home with Centex was a rocky experience. We had some chaos with the closing date, but the construction supervisor was not ready for the final walk through. After closing there was still deficiencies with our home that had not been corrected. We tried to work with the construction supervisor to get the outstanding deficiencies addressed, but after two weeks we gave up since it was clearly apparent we couldnt trust him to do his job. Additionally, the sod that was used on our lawn was infested with army worm eggs which we didnt find out till two weeks after we moved in. We had to pay for emergency pest control to save our lawn as the infestation was so severe it looked like our lawn was moving for an entire day. Paid almost 300kfor my home for shotty workmanship, from wood trim to painting, no pride work was taken by your contractors, just rushing to get job done

Where do I start, My homebuying experience was a nightmare. it started after 2 weeks I moved in the guest bathroom toilet got clogged. Submitted a claim and they came 3 days later to snake the sewer pipes and with great success it was cleared. 2 weeks later I had another clogged toilet on a Friday night and paid $740 dollars on after hour plumber company. Cleared the problem again but the plumber thinks something is in the pipe and he didn't have a camera to check but cleared the clogged. Then 1 week after that it got clogged again. Frustrated with the clogging issues insisted the plumber use a camera this time. Well, we found a 2-inch pipe fitting that was stuck at the Y connector to the sewer line that was clogging my pipes. Water went in my primary bedroom, primary bathroom and the walk-in closet. it took 2 days for the plumber two days for the plumber to come out. 4 days for a cleaning crew and they still haven't fix my carpet and the wood floors. My ring door bell has been on a warranty work order since 06/17/2025 and to this day is not fix. Warranty manager that I had the unfortunate to have, made it seems it was your fault for all the problems with your new house. for instance, the warranty manager would blame me for the clogged toilet with too much toilet paper and wipes. I can see it the first 2 times that the toilet got clogged, but when you have a 2-inch pipe fitting lodge inside the sewer pipe nullified the warranty manger accusations. ... Más

While buying process everyone were so nice, acting like they are your best friends. But after closing, Edward, the guy who does walk through, not even picking up phone now. I regret that I signed paperwork. A/C unit is not capable to keep the house cold. House it self gas a lot of deficiencies, materials used are cheapest and build quality is absolutely terrible. Even brand new Water heater is not working. Centex is a huge disappointment!!!

Called the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the AC Unit area there was concrete dug up and left there and that was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in, they took 3 to 4 weeks to do it, also they still didn’t do the job the area around the AC Unit is not paved done like my neighbors to the left or right of me, also there were deep holes in my backyard that I didn’t even see they came and put down old grass that looks like a haystack and it’s going back to the deep holes. I hope that you can send somebody out to see the terrible work that has been done like they don’t care about a brand new property that they are being paid by the hour to do. We really regret purchasing this home. It was a “quick built “ and once we moved in, we started seeing more and more issues with the home. We had issues from the very start. We even decided to not go forward with the purchase and started looking for other homes. Our sales guy was great and he changed our minds and made sure all the issues with our home would be taken care of. We closed on 10/19/2022 and we still have items that have not been fixed. The subcontractors did a crappy job on almost everything. Our ceiling is starting to crack at the seams, our stone work has not been resolved. Our driveway is starting to show areas where there was obviously “air bubbles “ and now there’s opens areas on the driveway. It will get worse with time. Even the landscaping is crap. My lawn is very uneven and when I pulled the sod over, there were giant rocks, lots of them, underneath. How is the grass supposed to root? Most of the grass is dead because we had no water pressure for about 10 days and after the plumber came over twice, they found the issue, replaced the entire piece and we finally were able to water out grass. Most of it was dead by then. A note was made by the person in charge of our home and we were supposed to get the dried sod replaced and nothing has been done. After complaining several times and wanting to speak to a manager, no one has reached out to me. I asked to for a change in person dealing with all the issues and he has finally given me a date of January 7 for most of the repairs. We plan to sell as soon as our son graduates. The quality of this home is so cheap. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside. There are no pull out drawers in the bathroom vanities or even a small linen closet. At least out some shelves for towels. We made an appointment to have custom cabinets placed in the laundry room, bathrooms and master closet. We have decided to just do the laundry room because we do not plan on making this our forever home. I will never purchase a Centex/Pulte home again!!! ... Más

The buying experience was good but everything went down hill once I closed on the home. No cable box on my street due to which I have not been able to get an internet connection since I closed in the end of December. The drains in all the toilets started clogging and bubbling up. Right from the contractor to the customer service no one has been of any help even after several phone calls or texts. Please do not buy a Centex home

The workmanship on my roof was horrible, leaving me with a lumpy, bumpy roof. I informed them immediately, but they waited until a few weeks before closing to send the roofing supervisor out. He refused to fix my roof and admitted the plywood probably got wet during construction. I had to hire a private inspector with my own money to document the damage. Finally they agreed to repair it, but it is still very noticeably bumpy, and now shingles have popped up. Also, my oven drawer is crooked, and that was noted before closing, but no one has come to fix it. The HOA company is still under Centex, and we are having lots of issues with their not doing their job. Our mail station has no place to park, and that is very hazardous as cars park on the road on the main road in, causing congestion AND violating the signs that say NO PARKING ON ROAD. I had a good Realtor Emma, with Centex and a good building supervisor, Kyle, but overall I am unhappy with my roof and over. I had to get a plumber out because the drains were clogged with building debris, but Centex handled that. It should never have happened,, but the workers don't seem to care during the building process.. There is construction on either side of me, and they get debris in my yard that I have to pick up nearly every day. This should not happen. ... Más

If you decide to build with this company, be extremely observant during your final walkthrough and take extra time to look at everything. We have crooked corners, bumps in the drywall, bad paint job, chipped mirrors and counters, damaged drawers...they even completely drywalled over a window and didn’t fix it until we realized it after we moved in. Some things have been fixed, a lot has not. I’m quite disappointed in this builder.

The construction manager Isaac was awesome and very informative about the home. Very efficient in getting the home ready and ALL finds on the walk corrected.

Our builder Roy was great, very responsive to questions.

We are beyond grateful to the builder for the fantastic craftsmanship of our new home.
