My experience was fantastic. It started with the sales representative Chevonne who was energetic,kind and sharp. The loan process was handled without issues and the result was exactly as they said it would be. The closing process was stress free as well. We love our new home and very glad we chose Pulte homes.

This process seemed long but nothing having to do with the builder. However, the staff that helped me made the process above and beyond what I expected. There were very attentive and knowledgeable in this process. I would recommend to anyone.

Kimberly was great! She gave us a tour of model homes. Listened to what we were looking for. Kimberly helped us find our new home. Holden made sure everything was perfect prior to moving in. He want above and beyond our expectations.

The entire process was quick and painless, from the time that we met with Kimberly to our interactions with Michael. Very professional and caring. The house was completed as scheduled and Kimberly worked around our schedule to set up a closing day that was convenient to us. They both, obviously, take pride in the their job and the product that they’re offering to prospective customers.

The construction manager, Ryan, was in constant contact with us letting us know where our house was, as we were out of state. Our inspector said the house was very well built, and we love it.

The process was great. Very streamlined and easy. Ryan was very helpful to our needs as well! He should get a raise!

Super easy process of building/buying new home

Loved working with the Centex team. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Building during a pandemic had challenges that made completion take a bit longer but that wasn't avoidable. I was kept up to date for each phase. Very happy.

Although we did need to select a number of upgrades to get just the home we wanted, the finished product is wonderful. We're very pleased with it.

He ensured we had everything covered and taken care of to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience thoughout our purchase and even after. He was always readily available to assist and answer any questions we had anytime of day. My family and I were so blessed to have him and his phenomenal customer service and hospitality. Throughout the time frame building my house I felt very well taken care of by Emma and Mary. They both helped me with all the little details and were happy to handhold me when needed. I truly appreciated their work and really felt that my overall satisfaction was their goal!

The associate who sold us the house was excellent during the entire buying process and was extremely responsive during the building process. The site manager was excellent throughout the entire building process, constantly sending up updates, including photos, at different stages of the house. She was very responsive even after the closing.

Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, and responsive to any concerns.
