From the moment I signed the buyer’s agreement, the Pulte/Centex team kept me in the loop of the progress and everything that was going on with my home and the building process. Kayla provided me with detailed weekly updates and was always there whenever I had any questions. Towards the end I met the construction manager, Colton, and I was in contact with him pretty much daily up until the closing date. My satisfaction and happiness were extremely important to them and any issues I had were solved very quickly. Even after closing the team has been supportive and have been checking in and solving any issues I’ve come across. Charlotte and Raul were a pleasure and definitely made a great home buying experience. Of course there were bumps at times but those folks made it a lot better in the end. Would definitely recommend the experience of biying a home from Centex homes.
