My experience was fantastic. It started with the sales representative Chevonne who was energetic,kind and sharp. The loan process was handled without issues and the result was exactly as they said it would be. The closing process was stress free as well. We love our new home and very glad we chose Pulte homes.

Everything has been great up to this point. We had some warranty issues within the first month. However, they have a simple warranty process and everything was able to be resolved within 2 weeks. Those are typical issues to be expected. Love the team and the neighborhood!

Nos mudamos a finales de mayo desde Missouri. La casa es preciosa. El calentador de agua tenía un problema y se cambió la resistencia. El horno saltó el interruptor automático; un electricista visitó la casa y lo arregló. Pensamos que el aire acondicionado tenía algún problema, pero es una tecnología nueva, una bomba de calor, y el ventilador del condensador arranca después de un breve retraso. Nuestra experiencia en general fue excelente. Desde la primera visita, la explicación de las mejoras en la casa, el préstamo y el cierre, hubo seguimiento regular. La mayor parte del trabajo se realizó en línea en el portal de Pulte, lo que facilitó el proceso y facilitó la colaboración.
