It was a very simple process for this being my first home purchase, and it turned out great.

AJ, our builder, was so helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns during this process. We are so grateful for our experience.

Everything seemed to move smoothly throughout the while process. Communication was excellent! (we had Kristen and Carter). This is our first time buying a home so we didn't know what to expect, but all questions were answered quickly and fully. We've only been in the house for just over a month, but no big issues and the small issues that came up with quickly resolved.

Great experience with the whole process.

Overall was a great experience. Only downside is you don’t get much for your HOA fees

Our sales person and construction manager were great. Overall the house is fine, my only complaint is about the paint used. It’s a flat paint (which we weren’t told a difference as first time buyers) so it’s impossible to clean, we’ll have to repaint the house which is unfortunate to think about when you just move in. Otherwise it’s great.

It's always a nice feeling to move into a new home, but along the way, issues arise. The hired contractors could have shown more care and completed a task properly. Having them come back and redo something that should have been completed right the first time, would save time and money. I'm still trying to get paint up off my floors, the paper should have stayed on the floors until all painting was completed. I should not have to come in and remove paint from the floors.

Every minor problem fixed without a hassle.

Dan (builder) was attentive to our questions and concerns. He did his best to resolve our concerns. All of our 30 day repairs/ concerns were addressed. Although the scheduling for the 30 day repairs was below par. A week Into us being moved in, frontier ran fiber optic lines throughout the neighborhood and busted our plumbing line. The repair was made in a reasonable amount of time. We did have to leave our house during repairs but Pulte covered hotel and food costs. We are upset with the mismatched concrete on our driveway from the repairs made. We were not the only house affected from the damage however we were the only house to get our driveway ripped up. In contrast to all the other houses the repair was made by digging under the driveway. Overall satisfied with the build. ... Más

They are a great team and are helpful throughout the process.

My experience with the sales team and their preferred lender was absolutely excellent. Most of the issues we have experienced are on the construction side. Corners cut all over the place, some rooms had to be completely redone with carpet and trim, the final walkthrough process was high-pressure to get you to sign off that the house is 100% done even though there were plenty of glaring flaws to still fix. Please bring an inspector with you on your walkthroughs.

Centex provides great size family homes, however building materials quality lacked. Very little lighting in dining area and great room. Many more recess lights should have been used. No decorative chandelier for over dining table area. Biggest issue was super large kitchen but no backsplash at all. Jist white on white. Also only one ceiling fan in the entire home. I now have to buy and install 4 more ceiling fans and put in a backsplash

Overall I have a good experience buying my house. Carter and Kristen were great. Kristen is full of information and will tell you” let me work for you, that why I’m here”, she is 100% hands on and will update you on every step of the process. Now the issue is dealing with the warranty department.

Sub standard quality of work and material. Not qualified worker or supervisor except one per I dealt with.

The quality is horrendous. Paint runs everywhere. Things we blue taped to be fixed were not done we were even told by the build that he watched the painters take off blue tape and do nothing. Missing flooring, missing caulking, hole in the pantry, stains on the carpet. Yard looks like crap looks like they threw it together in an hour which they did on the day of closing. Patio has line where they left a hose when it was drying. Trash everywhere in the yard from the trades working on other houses. Sharp Nails sticking out on hand rails on stairs (they finally fixed)and filled the holes with white caulking but still haven’t stained. Staining on door looks like crap there were runs all over and I pointed them out and instead of sanding them out they just put another coat and you still see it all. Still have several open issues 45 days after close. I believe that all my open issues will be address eventually
