Established in 2010, Davila Homes is a true stand-out in the Central Florida construction sector, focusing on the development of single-family residences, townhomes and condominiums.

Thiago (TJ) Davila is the CEO/owner and visionary builder behind Davila Homes. He immigrated to the US from São Paulo, Brazil in 2000 after falling in love with Florida, and has been making the American dream a reality ever since.

In 2004, he started his first company, US Aluminum Services Corp - a construction company focused primarily on creating sunrooms and pool enclosures. He met his now-wife and business partner Michelle in 2005, and the two of them spent the next 9 years building the company into the Floridian staple it is today.

After spending years circling the construction space, he got another idea - to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind homes, designed with beauty in mind, built for daily living and enjoyment to the fullest. In 2010, he and Michelle started Davila Homes, funded by the success of US Aluminum, and quickly became a neighborhood mainstay.

He has received multiple honors, including recognition on the Inc. 5000 Honor Roll and ranking on the Inc. 500 list in 2009. He holds certifications as a Florida Certified Building Contractor and Florida Certified Residential Contractor, having first received such distinctions in 2007.

Today, Davila Homes is a thriving business in the greater Orlando area, known for its innovation, hardworking staff, and quality craftsmanship.
