My construction manager Sean ***** was so easy to work with! He texted me with pictures of my home being built every Wednesday morning. He listened to my concerns & worked hard to correct any issues that needed to be taken care of.

Our Del Webb/Pulte sales rep and the construction manager kept us informed during the complete build cycle and were prompt answering all questions or concerns. We received a thorough introduction to our home upon completion and the construction manager was very responsive the first 30 days for any issues we had.

Our buying experience was very easy. It is great to have the model homes to go through. Our designer assisted us in making our final decisions. Our construction manager, Frank was excellent and kept in contact with us through the entire process. He was able to answer all our questions and took time with us. Although at this time we are not able to be at our new home often, we look forward to the time that we can spend our winters there.

My sales person, Matt, was always there to guide me through the process and made sure I knew he was available to answer my questions whether by phone, text or in person.
