From the meet and greet and introduction to the Del Webb concept with our sales agents Sam and Beth, to dealing with our construction engineer Alexis, to dealing with Pulte’s finance person Gabriella, to dealing with Pulte’s warranty person Meagin, the process was professional, thorough, detailed, informative, and pleasant. These people were all there to assist us and provide us with the best experience. We asked a lot of questions, and always got a timely response. I feel very good and confident with our new home purchase. This team truly made our home-buying experience a good one.

Every Pulte team member with whom I worked with was/is very nice, customer-conscious and dedicated to helping me have the best possible experience throughout each step! We had great experience with Pulte and the Del Webb team. Our sales agent Beth H was excellent. We told her what kind of home we were interested in and she showed us a couple of homes that were in the process of being built besides the models. We texted her several times during the sales process during the build. She always answered, even after normal working hours. Our construction manager, Jackson M. was also outstanding. We were always kept in the loop with what was going on during the construction process. After we moved in, there were a couple of minor issues that were resolved ...

From the sales center to the final celebration meeting it was a great!

Our sales center rep was thorough and gave us options - not pushy or aggressive. We did hire a buyers real estate agent - lives in the community so knowledgeable -he was with us all the way. Design center meeting was good, lots of choices so do your homework so you have an idea of colors and style. Construction managers kept in touch with us weekly and we traveled in for walk through before closing the framed walls and then for a final inspection. Minor corrections were done prior to closing. And we have a one year warranty for anything we notice going forward. We are happy customers!
