Joe helped me through out the process of buying my home. Joe was always there and took care of me. When I did my walk thru and had a few thing that needed to be taken care of. Chad was there and took care of everything. Kept me up to date and informed. And everything was taken care of very professionally.

We had an outstanding time buying our model home. Brent Felstead is an amazing and wonderful builder and construction manager. He’s the best we have ever encountered. Completely honest, kind, helpful and explained everything in detail that we needed to know about this house inside and out. Extremely caring and wonderful is Brent. He went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. He’s always willing to help in whatever you may need. We are forever grateful to him for making and supervising such a glorious home. Any issues or problems were addressed immediately. He made completely sure everything was in great working order the first day we entered our new home. He checked in with us several times to ensure that we were very happy and always told us he was always here for us. Brent has a big heart and a big smile to match. He’s a wonderful supervisor and more importantly, just an absolutely wonderful person. He made this experience incredibly thrilling for us. Because of his great work, we can live in this house and always feel safe, secure and confident that we have the best-built home. Everything was done with class and care. A home is critical to your happiness in life and we are so happy here and so glad the whole experience was top-notch. My home was finished on time and they were very attentive to us. Everyone in the community is very friendly and happy. There is a lot of things to do here. I highly recommend this community.

There is something to be said about experiencing the building process of your home from framing through finish. It is yet another to have the superintendent thoughtfully point out every detail of what is inside the walls. Jason and his team did this and more as we hit every mile stone in the journey whether we had questions or requests each was met with a smile and proudly completed. We could not be happier, as we know we live in a quality home built by quality people. Bravo to Jason, Brent, Chad and all! Thank you!

It is wonderful to have a brand new home in Temescal Valley that is so affordable. We also enjoy the indoor pool and clubhouse for over 55 people. Everything the Association does is helpful and well organized. There is beautiful landscaping in the common areas and at the clubhouses.

We feel like our Rancho Mirage quality built Del Webb home will be the perfect solution to escaping ice, snow and cold winters. We started the process in Feb and closed mid July just as predicted. The construction manager sent us photos and answered questions to explain the ongoing steps every 1-2 weeks. Now we are excited to feather our new winter nest!! I really like the quality items put in. Ie Moen faucets, Shaw carpet, kitchen aid appliances, Lennox furnace. We can’t wait for Dec now!! Thank you!

Very satisfied with the home overall, however, the final finishes are a little sloppy. I believe they send in a final crew to touch up, who slopped minor amounts of paint on light switches, windows, floors and counter tops. Also, tile grout is a little messy around some perimeter areas. They need to have a little more pride with these details.

The overall customer service is outstanding, from the sales staff to the construction staff. I cannot say enough about the team that deals with issues that come up with new construction. They are timely and efficient. It’s been a very rewarding experience.
