The overall home buying process was very easy as both the sales and title representatives were very communicative and explicit on the process and financial obligations. Initial walkthrough items and issues were addressed professionally and accurately prior to move in. Additional problems reported after moving in were also addressed quickly and were professionally completed even though some repairs took longer than anticipated. Extremely satisfied with Del Webb.

We purchased this home remotely (property is in FL and we were full time in NV until the purchase was complete) and never physically saw the home before the walk through. Sales and the construction manager (we bought standing inventory) were very accommodating, sending lots of videos and pictures, taking measurements etc. We did encounter a few hiccups at closing and post closing, but again, our sales rep and construction manager were ***** IT and resolved things quickly. We are very appreciative and happy with our purchase!

Totally happy so far.love my house so I have really not gotten out in the neighborhood yet! I feel like I'm on vacation with all the absence of yard work, constant worrying about repairs etc. I do hope to meet some people soon...sometimes that first step isn't so easy. Will see.

This was a very good experience from start to finish. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. The design center was well equiped to show us options and helpful in making decisions. Durng the buid, Richard kept us informed with weekly updates, including pictures. This was very helpful because we were hours away from the project. At several stages we were invited to come on site to view the progress.
