We looked at four other condominiums in the area of Oxford and Seymour. It didn't take long for us to make an offer.

We love our new home. Great knowledgeable sales and construction team.

The entire team (Ronda, Tony and Kevin) has been outstanding.

Ronda ,our sales manager was wonderful and we just love our new home.

From the first moment we entered the property Ronda was there to greet us and guide us through the buying process. She was able to answer all our questions and anticipate what we needed to know in order to make smart choices in picking our amenities. Kevin was so helpful in answering questions about the build and the products used to assemble our home. We moved in a month ago it are so pleased with the finished home. It really exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Del Webb. They build a great home for a very reasonable price.

Given the unprecedented and stressful times we as a nation are experiencing in general, we found the staff at Fairview to be extremely helpful and ready to please. We were offered the opportunity to name our closing date to a time when we were most comfortable and in any manner we chose. Our home is well built and everyone we have met has welcomed us into the community.

I am a previous Del Webb owner from Florida. Team at Oxford is good but not as detailed as in Florida

Ronda, Tony and Kevin (sales, construction, post construction management) were fabulous at communicating and calming during many Covid related delays and even after our moving in. They are a priceless team. If we have any issues with the final product, they would be that some of the finishes are less than expected. But, on the whole, the house is beautiful and the community seems to be very welcoming.

Our home is quality built and has had a few bugs as was expected. The site quality person has been extremely helpful and responsive!! We are coming up on our 30 day punch list. Our new oven had a control board failure but has been replaced. The closing could have been better. We were charged $1500 dollars for not closing on the day that the builder wanted to close. Our closing date was moved up 6 weeks and we were not prepared to close on that date. End of May to April 20 was an unexpected imposition when others told us that the dates had been delayed for their homes. Our sales person was not happy and we did not appreciate the penalty when we told the builder weeks in advance we needed an additional week to close. We were closing on our previous house and arranging for movers. The amenities of the complex are great and we look forward to using the community center, get involved in events and meet our new neighbors. All have been friendly and cordial. Felt that facts around the home but came out gradually. Too much value associated w Del Webb name and should be into property quality.

.Not always the craftsmanship and the finish was great

It took a year for this house to be built. The price of the home is outrageous because the quality of some products is poor. Example. The paint is cheap latex and you can see thru areas where the paint was applied so thin. I said I would pay for them to apply paint like semi gloss but they refused. Now I’m left with walls that the paint looks bad. The deck was nailed in instead of screwed in because it’s faster and cheaper to do that work. I and several of my grandchildren have cut their feet bc nails are not installed correctly. But it’s cheaper and faster to use a nail gun than putting screws in. The spindles on the second floor are loose and if you leaned on the rail you could fall thru. Master bath shower grout is falling out and they put the wrong tiles in the shower. Grout on the shower floor in areas was put in messy and they didn’t clean up the excess. The kitchen cabinet has scratches on it has to be replaced. Cheap grass seed in back lawn should have sodded! The home is beautiful but it’s not worth $477,000 because of poor craftsmanship and cheap way of building. I also paid for an upgraded kitchen and wasn’t told it did not come with a refrigerator which is ridiculous!!!! The prices of these homes are too high for what you get!! ... Más

After building a number of custom homes in the past, I found Del Webb incredibly inflexible. They were very over priced, behind schedule and the workmanship was poor. I think much of this may be attributable to the pressure Del puts on sub contractors to complete their work. I know I sound very negative - in the end, we are happy with our new home and the location.

The availability to see progress on the home was extremely limited. Questions on minor detail items were difficult to get answered. Concerns on more important issues were difficult to get addressed and some remain open. “No” is Del Webb’s favorite word.
