We have been very impressed with the quality, design, finish and features in our new home. We are also extremely satisfied with any follow up service issues we've had. From our sales person Ana, to the project manager Brandon and warranty and service support specialist John. We are very anxious to begin integrating into the community activities and amenities.

Johnathon our sales person was great to work with. Johnathon was always available to answer our questions and keep us informed on the progress of our home being built. David our construction manager was great also. David and his group built our home in just a Litle over 4 month. He also kept us informed and when we moved in we were very pleased with the quality in the finish. The pool and the clubhouse are definitely resort style.

Working with Jonathan and Brandon in Oak Creek was a wonderful experience. They were responsive to our questions and concerns - even when we asked more than once. Their customer service is top notch! We are very happy with our home and happy that we chose Oak Creek. Thank you Jonathan and Brandon for making this experience as stress free as buying and building a new home can be! We recommend buying your next home here in Oak Creek!

Jose was easy to work with, polite, thorough, and a perfect construction manager.

The only suggestion that I would give, when you hand out the keys to your house and mailbox at closing, they should give you your pool fob. I closed Thursday had no access to the pool until the following Monday.

Lester knows what the house should be and he does not let it go if it is not. There is only quality nothing else. The closing was seem less. No issues at all. Customer service, other companies need to take lessons from this team. They are the standard and the bar is extremely high.

Pulte made the purchase process seamless. They delivered on the commitments they made, kept me up to date on progress thru meetings, both virtual and on site, provided photos every two weeks and responded without delay to questions. The construction managers Ben and Dan were top notch both in knowledge and ensuring my needs were met. In addition to Melissa on the Sales Team who supported the photos and communication. The home is beautiful and shows quality. Very happy with my purchase. After move in, the minor cosmetic repairs were tracked and completed timely.

We loved Ben as our construction manager! He was awesome and very tentative to things we've needed, questions asked and very good about educating us on a new Florida home. There were a lot of things unfinished and we've had issues getting the trades to show up and fix things. We still dont have our cabnets done and we closed almost 2 months ago. Warranty has tried to be on top of it however theres only so much he can do if people dont show up. I fell like pulte is a good company to purchase from however their trades are terrible at assisting them and you as a home owner. We have been promoting the community to others. ... Más
