We were blessed with Spencer as our builder. He was quality oriented, knowledgeable, responsive, accessible, timely and most congenial. We recommend him highly. We have built many homes as my husband was a luxury custom home builder. We were completely satisfied with the Pulte product and the entire experience.

We enjoyed working with everyone we encountered with Del Webb and Pulte. From the sales person to the design consultant, to the construction manager, each person was professional, friendly, and accommodating to our requests. We would recommend others to purchase from Del Webb.

We have been very impressed with all aspects of the home buying process. Ian, our Sales rep, was great, very knowledgeable and always quick to respond when we had questions. The team at the Design Center was quick to made meaningful suggestions. Our builder, Niko, was very responsive when we had questions and ensured a great product.

From start to finish building our home in Del Webb Saint Johns has been a wonderful experience. Zachary who sold us the house was amazing walking us through everything we needed to know about the process and keeping us informed along the way. The design staff was also great helping us pick out just the right fixtures, tiles, etc for our taste. And Bryan our construction manager was right on top of things. He communicated & sent us pictures often to keep us informed of how things were going. We were in our house sooner than we thought & it is absolutely beautiful. Our entire experience prior to moving into the home was made wonderful by our construction manager. He treated our home like it was his own. I will always be appreciative of his expertise, his attention to detail, and his kindness. Del Webb Nocatee is lucky to have Morgan representing them.

Every things is OK, only one improvement builder should do is that size of front door should be larger, two door and should be higher in hight

Settlement was without problems, only took 15 minutes. I have been in the villa for 3 months and am delighted with it.

From sales, design and construction our experience was great. A quality product was delivered and any issues or concerns were addressed promptly to our satisfaction.

Crandall did an excellent job of keeping us up to date during construction, and Sabrina is very good to work with. We had an electrical issue that was promptly resolved, Only problem so far was some of the shrubbery died from excessive water collecting around the roots, but we want to replace it anyway. Have never dealt with an HOA before and we are not crazy about them having to be involved in everything, but we understand their motivation. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and experience.

We've built three homes over the years and this has been our best experience by far. The sales staff was courteous and helpful and very responsive. Our construction manager, Crandall, was fabulous. From start of the purchase process we were well informed by our sales agent who went out of his way to explain the process until closure. We had a constructive independent inspector which adds confidence. Our builder was very pleasant and professional and available for our questions and suggestions, he obviously knew his trade and organization of the work crews went well. The house was completed ahead of schedule to our satisfaction. The closing process was well organized by PGP Title with no problems. I was concerned about insulation and energy efficiency, our builder was able to install more insulated areas. There were the usual cosmetic glitches which were 99% resolved. Everyone was great to work with and very accommodating

My site manager, Tim, was superb. He was knowledgeable and would except nothing less than the best work from his subcontractors. Also, everyone from sales, to finance, to the mortgage people, and at every level within the Pulte organization was great and easy to work with

Everything was great. Luis and Ben have been a tremendous help to me, whenever I had a question or needed any advice. Michelle, was a real help at closing, as well. Contractors that have been here for minor repairs all have been courteous, timely and experienced. Having only been here about a month, so far very happy.

Brian (no last name?) was a terrific Build Manager. Always a listener, and managing all of the concerns we had in a timely manner. If we were to build a Pule home again, we'd see if Brian could mange that build for us.

This is our fifth new home, our second Del Webb. Every step of the process was professionally managed. We so appreciate the floor plans offered (and the options within each floor plan). Love how the architects consider how a home is lived in. We are also impressed with the finishing work. The layout of the neighborhood is lovely, as is the clubhouse, and our wonderful new neighbors. So happy with our purchase!
