We were fortunate to purchase a builder’s spec home located in a premium lake front location. The home was loaded with upgrades all chosen by their design center. The end result was a breath taking home that exceeded our expectations. The build quality was superb and the construction supervisor kept us informed throughout the build process, as did our sales representative. The closing was an easy, smooth process, which was just another well thought out process developed by Pulte Homes. We have never been happier with a home purchase.

My experience at Del Webb Tradition has been very positive so far. Everyone I dealt with from sales, construction, financing, and after move in support, has been great. We are pleased with the design and workmanship of our new home.

We only looked at Del Webb homesites & communities, do to their overall reputation from Pulte Builders to Sales Rep, Construction Manager & Activities offered it has been outstanding & we couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Yvo our sales rep and chris our construction manager really made an otherwise normally fraught situation fairly easy! We love our new home! Guiding us along the way and listening to our concerns made us feel confident in our choices.

Simple buying experience but Pulte title agents were difficult to deal with due to two trusts involved, and my demand that the CDD payoff be on the closing statement seem to threw them off. Having a Pulte home insurance group made it simple book homeowners & at a great price.

From the beginning Caryn was the most helpful sales associate I encountered during my new home search throughout Tradition. There was no question left unanswered, and I had plenty. She was so willing to show multiple homesites and home types that were not modeled. Then after I knew which floorplan, we narrowed in on lot. The home I chose was already started and we reviewed all the options and color selections in the design center. When there was an issue where I needed help she was on it instantly and it was resolved. It was a delightful experience working with her. Jeremy was great from day 1. He sent updates and pictures and kept me informed during the entire building process. Even coming by after his day ended just to make a video of the work that had just been completed. It kept me excited during the build to see such progress and the quality of workmanship. No home is perfect, but mine is as close as humanly possible. Great experience in buying new construction

my overall expirience as a new owner came on a very freidly way front the sales office to the closing day .

First the buying experience was great with Yvo and his team. Very professional and accommodating. The construction manager, William, was also very helpful and responsive to our needs/questions.

We are so pleased with the build of our forever home. The craftsmanship and quality is outstanding. We are both so excited about the home, community, and activities that are offered here. We are looking forward to retirement living here. This is the dream that we were looking for for retirement.

I must say from the day we walked into the sales center and met Ivo, our sales rep at Del Webb to being in the home now, the entire process was seamless and smooth. No issues at all.

We felt completely comfortable thru the process working with Luis G. and Kaleb K. They listened well, addressed any issue we had in a timely and efficient manner and were exceptional in follow up on every concern we had. Lastly, they were professional, courteous and kind to work with.

From start to finish everyone at del Webb were awesome. Lisa, Chris and others really helped us.

Overall very pleasant experience. Plenty of communication and updates.

Everyone I have interfaced with at Pulte here at Del Webb is a 10. Lisa in sales, Stacey in design, William and Luise construction managers. All tens. Over the many years I have worked with other builders and Pulte is most certainly the best I have had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I purchased a new home in the Del Webb Tradition community of Port St Lucie without ever coming to Florida. We based our decision to do so on the reputation of the PulteGroup as a home builder and the Del Webb brand. We did everything online with a great team of friendly, helpful, and professional people from start to finish. We love living here and for anyone considering Del Webb Tradition as their next home we would highly recommend it.

My new home buying experience with Pulte was a positive experience. They met my expectations. From the sales representative to the project manager all staff were pleasant and most helpful in helping me navigate the process.

Our experience was excellent from the sales process with Lisa as well as choosing the extras and the entire building process. After we closed both William and Lisa were helpful in addressing the various odds and ends you discover once you occupy the house. We have built and renovated a number of homes and we feel the value and experience we had at Del Webb was excellent. The value for the money is well worth it. It’s very important to note that William and Lisa were there to help AFTER we closed and they always followed through. That’s critical. However, we did find the HOA were lacking in their response to our multiple inquiries on a single item. They do not, in our opinion, live up to Del Webb standards on customer service. ... Más

If I had to do this again I would buy from Delwebb. Was much easer to deal with then anyone else.

Biggest thing for me was communication and that’s something they did very well, from the sales person to the construction manager we were kept informed throughout the process and were invited to see different stages of the building process of our new home. Very satisfied with our home

I highly recommend this builder. From the start someone from Pulte was always in contact keeping me updated on the construction which made me feel confident on my choice. The quality of my home exceeded my expectations and it was finished before the due date. I picked Pulte after looking a few other builders because of their workmanship, price, and the Pulte Team who works to made the process really smooth.
