From start to finish, I had excellent communication, follow up and advice from my local Del Webb team. My sales person, Matt, was always there to guide me through the process and made sure I knew he was available to answer my questions whether by phone, text or in person. My construction contact, Nick provided weekly updates via email. He also arranged to meet with me on a regular basis to make we were on the same page in terms of how I wanted my home to look and the timeline for completion. Our buying experience was very easy. It is great to have the model homes to go through. Our designer assisted us in making our final decisions. Our construction manager, Frank was excellent and kept in contact with us through the entire process. He was able to answer all our questions and took time with us. Although at this time we are not able to be at our new home often, we look forward to the time that we can spend our winters there.

The overall home buying process was very easy as both the sales and title representatives were very communicative and explicit on the process and financial obligations. Initial walkthrough items and issues were addressed professionally and accurately prior to move in. Additional problems reported after moving in were also addressed quickly and were professionally completed even though some repairs took longer than anticipated. Extremely satisfied with Del Webb.

We purchased this home remotely (property is in FL and we were full time in NV until the purchase was complete) and never physically saw the home before the walk through. Sales and the construction manager (we bought standing inventory) were very accommodating, sending lots of videos and pictures, taking measurements etc. We did encounter a few hiccups at closing and post closing, but again, our sales rep and construction manager were ***** IT and resolved things quickly. We are very appreciative and happy with our purchase!
