Well-built home and we are very pleased with the entire process. David, our construction manager, knows what people experience when they move into a new home & having that knowledge has certainly made our lives so much better. He is a rarity in the home construction business. Our sales consultant, Nicolette, promptly answered numerous questions prior to deciding to purchase here. As well as during our buying process. Barbara, at the sales center was awesome while we were moving into our home.

From start to finish, we have had a very good experience with Del Webb. Our foreman Mike Rogers was in charge of the crew who built our new home and was attentive to every detail. I could not have asked for a better foreman or a nicer home. I believe our home was built with very good quality. Even after we closed on our home, they are always here to help with any issues that may arise. We made a good choice to go with Del Webb. We are very pleased and happy.

Mark, my sales representative and Allison my project manager made the purchase and build much easier than I expected. Clear and scheduled communication every week helped avoid misunderstandings and kept the project moving smoothly forward. The design center was a wonderful resource to help us make our home personal. Building a new home and moving are always stressful, but this team kept it manageable.

Our home purchase with Pulte and Del Webb went very smoothly and dealing with the builder was uneventful. The dealing with the construction person for the walk-thru was informative and all requested items to be handled before closing and move-in were taken care of as was promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Pulte and Del Webb.

I looked at this home at the end of March knowing I could not do anything until the middle of August but when I looked at this one l prayed right there the front room and said Lord if this one is the one you want for me this is the one I would like to have This is the One He saved for me and I am thankful because it is were I am suppose to be My husband passed away January 15 so I moved close the my precious family in FV Moved in August 14

First rate. David, the sales representative, did an excellent job helping us select a model and assist us to modify it to fit our needs and budget. Nicole was exceptional in assisting us with lighting, floor selections, cabinets and window treatments. Russ, the site manager, was always a call or text away. We bought a house in a neighborhood in which there are multiple builders. Our experience with another builder, for a different house, was good but our experience with Del Webb was clearly better. The are more organized, responsive, and can be trusted. Highly recommend.
