Our initial interaction and subsequent ones with Nate, our salesperson, was very informative and that was instrumental in us moving forward. This is the fifth home we built and we definitely got good value for our money. As far as the builder’s team, they were responsive but I feel they could do better. Some things initially fell through the cracks but luckily they got resolved later. Our Customer Care rep Jimmy, is responsive and stays on top of things. We closed on Jan. 22, 2026 and some minor things are still being taken care of. Potential home buyers should know that this builder is highly reputable. We have built seven new homes over the past 20 years and Pulte is one of the best builders! On time, great quality and excellent follow through on warranty items, large and small. Hire a property manager if you don’t live in town.

The house has high ceilings and feels bigger than it is because of that.The quality of appliances included with the house is excellent. I love the color of the floor and that the rooms don’t have carpet.The house isolation system is good because I don’t hear the outside sounds. The closing process was very good and we were attended by professionals. I feel very safe in this community and absolutely recommend Del Web and their houses.

This experience with Del Webb has by far been the easiest and most efficient process we’ve ever had. We loved that we were kept up to date with the process, every step of the way.

The home building process was made easy for the buyer with the help of the Del Webb team. Any questions and/or issues were immediately addressed and remedied. Once the permitting process was complete, the construction and completion of the home was relatively quick and without delays. We are satisfied customers.

It started with a perfect floor plan for our needs and ended with a beautiful home we are proud to own. The finish options were sufficient and the design process was smooth overall. Our frustrations with the process revolved around locations for tray ceilings, ceiling lighting drops, ceiling speakers, TV wall mount locations and such. There was precious little builder flexibility, but I will say our build manager Sean was able to accommodate our two most crucial change requests. I had a very good experience with the Pulte construction group. Sam was very attentive to my needs, and what I wanted included with the home. Oliver as well has been extremely attentive and proactive. Both men are very good additions to your team. I would suggest the Del Webb homes to my friends.

From purchase to closing, our experience was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the work done by Kialey, our sales associate, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in streamlining the experience for us.

We really enjoyed Alex in sales, she was great, but our builder, Josh, is a superstar.

I have been thru nine different new house built with various builders in VA but Pulte is the best IMO. The staff, from sales (Carolina) to construction (Christian and Anthony) has so much experience and patience to help me thru many steps. The quality of Pulte home construction is excellent and I very much enjoy the new house.

The entire experience has been excellent including warranty department after moving in.
