I was not able to be present during construction, but Daniel true to his word kept me informed weekly through pictures. He unfailingly was polite and always addressed my questions.

I’ve been in my Sonoma Cove plan built at Del Webb Lake Oconee for about two months now and love it more everyday. It’s very energy efficient and the quality of the customizations are highlighted in such an open plan. Compared to other places, Del Webb Lake Oconee has a great value for the cost. It is really a slice of heaven. You get the beauty & experience (and access) of a lake in a rural setting while having all the convenience of a suburban area. It’s a great place to buy even before you retire since it’s like a vacation resort. Nikki was a very helpful sales agent & Daniel was patient throughout my many requests (I’m very detail-oriented). I compared retirement communities all over the US and so glad I found my dream community at Del Webb Lake Oconee. The residents are wonderful & helpful. There are lots of activities so you can be involved as much or as little as you want. I am now trying to get friends and relatives to move to Del Webb Lake Oconee so they can also have a slice of heaven and have a paradise of their own. ... Más

He was very detailed and went above and beyond at every step of the home building process He kept us informed weekly and dealt promptly with any issues we noticed. We are happy with our beautiful new home!

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Attention to detail

Moving into a Del Webb community is one of the best choices I have made. The physicality is wonderful and the people are very friendly. The sidewalks make walking around easy and fun! The only negative thing I can say is that the house was not cleaned as well as I would have liked(drywall dust) and my back porch could have been pressure washed better (orange spots and dried drywall on the concrete) it was acceptable but I expected a higher standard. I would still highly recommend and give a five star rating to the company.

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte/Del Webb-Lake Oconee; from start to finish! From the moment i requested a tour; to meeting Jenna & working with her throughout the whole buying/building process; to meeting/working with Daniel, in the building process; to working with Pulte Financial; all these people have been so helpful, knowledgable, great communicators, friendly, courteous, kind & i just cant say enough about all of them! Pulte is VERY lucky to have these people on their team and representing the company- GREAT JOB!!

We previously had a John Wieland home by Pulte Homes, and were very satisfied with that experience. We wanted to build our retirement home and decided to go again with Pulte Homes. We decided to build at their Del Webb at Lake Oconee location, in Greensboro, GA. I grew up on a lake as a child, and wanted to have the same experience, and the added benefits and lifestyle was a plus ... to stay active. Our entire experience with the salespeople, Field Manager and Warrany Manager has been fantastic, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is my third new home. What a difference from the others! All the folks at Pulte were courteous, quick to respond to my questions and made this the easiest purchase ever. It was such a pleasure! The community is gorgeous and the amenities are great. And my home...just wow! All the extras make this home such a great value. Thank you!

The construction process was very pleasant and builder was very competent.

Daniel was great and went above and beyond. He gave us great confidence with him watching over the building of our new home. He is extremely curteous and responsive.

From the initial contact with the sales center to the final walkthrough and closing, working with Pulte was a good experience. All Pulte employees we worked with were professional and followed up on questions, requests and concerns in a timely manner. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build or buy a home!

Danny the construction manager provided weekly updates, some times with pictures. He was very responsive during the final walk through. General questions were answered promptly by the sales team.

Door bell has never worked. Door to bathroom doesn’t close. They were supposed to come yesterday to fix it but didn’t show
