Our home was already built so we didn’t pick any options. However, we are very pleased with our new home and this community! Neighbors and the amenities are amazing. Our construction manager Xavier was extremely helpful in all areas and the steps in our journey to closing. He is a very helpful, detailed professional who takes pride in his work! When some functionality issues occurred after we moved in, the process to report the problems and the quick responses and resolutions by Lacy have been exemplary!

Both David our sales manager and Sam our construction manager were there behind us 100% through the entire experience.A pleasure!

We were kept up to date with the construction of our house with weekly calls and pictures. After move in we continued to have assistance and important information.

Our sales person Stefani was great. She went above and beyond from before the sale until after the house was finished. The construction manager Ronnie did an outstanding job ensuring our house was completed to high standards, keeping us informed, and responding to our needs.

First rate. David, the sales representative, did an excellent job helping us select a model and assist us to modify it to fit our needs and budget. Nicole was exceptional in assisting us with lighting, floor selections, cabinets and window treatments. Russ, the site manager, was always a call or text away. Whenever we had a concern he took care of it. All in all I am very satisfied with my Del Webb experience.

Mark my agent followed up quickly on my texts and phone calls. Lexavier and Tim also followed up on my calls. Only met them the last month of my buying experience as I purchased a home ready for closing. Even after closing they both quickly responded to my concerns or questions. Overall a 10 out of 10

Had a great experience with Delwebb overall.i had a contractor assign to me and Dylan kept me in the loop every week on progress of the house. Everyone at Del Webb was great . If you buy in Del Webb i hope you get Dylan as your contractor.

We had a good experience over all

I moved into Del Webb Chateau Elan on September 14,2024. My partner passed away in May, and our Gainesville home was too far away from my friends and family. This new home offered the perfect place for me and my two cats. The design is perfect and the Pulte warranty department has been responsive to any problems so far. My construction manager, Ronnie, took care of any problems during my move-in and the home has turned out to be a place where I feel safe and secure. All of the employees I have met on my home buying journey have been helpful and competent. I am glad I made the move here. My neighbors have been kind and helpful and it is a very quiet neighborhood. I retired 2 years ago. My plan was to sell my home and move across the country to be closer to my daughter. Upon my visit, I found Sun City Peachtree. The moment I set eyes there, I knew this is where I want to live out the rest of my life. I called, scheduled a tour, was welcomed by Sales Agent, Mark, who took my daughter and I on a lovely tour riding in a golf cart! Mark was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and explained the process to me. Gave us a voucher to have lunch at the golf course restaurant. The food was five star quality! The tour of the homes was outstanding with so many styles of homes to choose from. I made my selection and was able to see the progress of my home being built online. The entire process was very easy, with no major hiccups. Close to completion, I met David, who was the head person handling the building of my home. David was also kind, patient, and was happy to answer any questions asked. Long story short, I'm very pleased with the staff I encountered. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I have to tell you, everyone I encountered in person, phone, or email was very professional, easy to contact, responsive and just pleaseant. Even the residents we met during the tour were very warm and friendly. They were sharing their own experiences and informing me of all the social activities here. I am looking forward to checking those out after I get my beautiful house in order! I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new home! What a blessing this has been for me and my daughter who lives not too far from Sun City Peachtree. She's happy that her mom is just a stones throw away! Our experience with building a home in Sun City Peachtree was excellent primarily because of our construction manager David. This is the sixth home we've owned across the U.S. and the second time we've built one in a 55+ community, and David's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, follow through, and customer-oriented attitude were all exceptional throughout the entire construction process.
