We recently closed on our new Del Webb Renown home in Finch Creek. The entire process from Sales, to Building, to Closing was a wonderful experience. The Sales Team answered ALL questions quickly and thoroughly, Our Building Manager was responsive, caring, and delivered a SUPERIOR quality home. Any issue was corrected to our satisfaction without hesitation. Our Building Manager kept us informed via email, texts, and onsite meetings on a regular basis. So happy we chose Del Webb for our forever home.

Having one supervisor during the build process was wonderful, esp because Josh wa so knowledgeable and patient! During my first 6 weeks here, I keep remembering all the information he gave me about my home and its future care, including tiny issuers and major questions as well. He is so experienceced!

The construction manager was very thorough and kept a close watch on every phase of the process. Every week he provided us with a listing of what was completed and another list of what to expect the following week. I was on site each week and met with him many times and he showed me what was going on. When it came to final inspection, there was nothing left to do.

Del Webb not only builds a quality product, but they also build a strong active community. promoting interaction and involvement for their residence. They have built in numerous activity elements to satisfy almost everyone's interest, and have set up a strong network to make sue that the community maintains its high standards long after the developer is gone. We are excited about joining the community and look forward to enjoying our new friends and home.

Our experience with buying a pulte home in the del Webb community was very good. Our questions and concerns were always met with care and professionalism.

Polite and professional.... punch list was minimal because of his attention to detail. Once item was submitted for warranty there was immediate response and scheduled on one call. I know that Pulte is a good Builder and has very good people....thanks.

My experience with Del Webb was really astonishing. It was beyond expectations. From the start of the sales process, picking everything out which was easily done on the computer with my salesman, to the build phase and finally closing, things were completed on time, on budget and with a close eye to quality. I originally looked at a custom builder for $1.6M, but with Del Webb got a beautiful house with similar SF and finishes at a much more reasonable price. They really have home building down to a science. When it was a week out from closing, their quality review brought in the subs in an all-hands-on-deck approach including the cleaners. Moved here from a Del Webb home in another state. We chose Del Webb again because of the great experience in our last home and once again they exceeded our expectations.

I purchased and started the building process for my mom. She relocated back to Indiana this was the perfect location and home style for her. Dell Webb has a long and valued reputation with the public and with the homebuilding industry. The product keeps up with trends and the amenities are perfect for a social and active lifestyle. The team at Kimblewick were so professional. I was on-site weekly or more, it is so much fun to see all of the changes. The experience was a 10 out of 10!

Be sure to include any design change options as soon as possible, as it is impossible to alter once the building process has started.

Our Field Manger, Dale Pruitt kept us informed as to the progress of our house while we were in Florida and has taken care of some of the minor issues we have had.

I appreciate the value of my new home. While it was being built during the Covid-19 year, the field manager, Brandon, was in contact with me weekly to let me know where we were on the construction. I'm still waiting on my microwave because of back-orders, but Brandon is still on top of that issue. It's great to be in my new home!

Great experience. Good company to work with and nice house

I lived out-of-state for almost all of the building of my new home! However, I was informed, weekly, of the progress by the field manager! I knew that I would have a great home, based on the methods used by the Del Webb builders - and, Del Webb's reputation! I have what I expected - a great new home!

The whole process from selection of style, lot, add-ons to completion was stress free. There was a steady stream of communications and progress reports. We made the right decision to live and enjoy Britton Falls.
