I was looking for a new house I could purchase and move into on short notice. This was a spec house and I fell in love with it. Del Webb was great in answering all my questions and getting me closed in 2 weeks! The house is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

What an extraordinary home buying experience! I discovered the Del Webb development two years before I found my perfect home, and was able to purchase. From my first visit drive through the area I was struck with the beauty of the homes, as well as the amount of well kept green space. The day I purchased was quite unique. Having looked daily at available homes, as well as the availability of building a house, I saw a house and lot on the Del Webb website. I literally couldn’t wait until the open house the next morning. Within minutes I knew this was the perfect house for me. in less than two hours, I was in the sales office putting down earnest money. From that point on the process with Pulte was seamless. The sales team and mortgage company facilitated a quick closing to accommodate the schedule of the buyers of my current home. Totally pleased with the community. It is everything we had hoped it would be. Excellent value for the money. For an active 55 plus person, there is no better community with all of the planned amenities.

The entire experience from start to finish was easy and professional. Pulte was accomodating to us when we wanted certain adjustments to our plan that weren't normally allowed. Justin, our construction manager was awesome. Always available, always responsive. I have heard horror stories about Pulte houses and mistakes and problems so was prepared for the worst. There wasn't one thing wrong with our home.

I should start by saying that as business owners, we have bought and sold 18 houses over 50 years in multiple states. this is our 2nd Del Webb. The entire experience has been excellent. Even though there are a couple of maintenance issues that need addressing, Frank Brown, our warranty contact, is on top of everything and has gone above and beyond what would be expected of a warranty contact, to help us in getting to 100%. Possibly the best new home-buying experience and definitely the best new home warranty experience we have had, and this would include both full custom builders and major builders. From the meet and greet and introduction to the Del Webb concept with our sales agents Sam and Beth, to dealing with our construction engineer Alexis, to dealing with Pulte’s finance person Gabriella, to dealing with Pulte’s warranty person Meagin, the process was professional, thorough, detailed, informative, and pleasant. These people were all there to assist us and provide us with the best experience. We asked a lot of questions, and always got a timely response. I feel very good and confident with our new home purchase. This team truly made our home-buying experience a good one.

I am extremely happy about my new build villa in Del Webb Oasis (DWO)! Every Pulte team member with whom I worked with was/is very nice, customer-conscious and dedicated to helping me have the best possible experience throughout each step! The Pulte mortgage/loan process was the most challenging component, as I wasn’t the common or typical buyer, so the financial team members worked diligently on a solution that allowed me to purchase my new build with only a slight delay in the closing date (to allow the loan process to complete). Being in DWO has is just fantastic! The neighbors are very nice and helpful without being intrusive; the HOA team and Pulte Warranty team the same - earnestly striving and delivering excellent customer service. Spencer was on top of his game with weekly updates and photos of the process. We closed on the date he gave us when we initially walked the property with him. This was our best experience building a home.

I could not be happier with my experience. My sales person Ian was professional, efficient and helpful. The design center made everything easy, as did Pulte Mortgage. My construction manager Crandall was the best. Love my new Prestige home.

We had great experience with Pulte and the Del Webb team. Our sales agent Beth H was excellent. We told her what kind of home we were interested in and she showed us a couple of homes that were in the process of being built besides the models. We texted her several times during the sales process during the build. She always answered, even after normal working hours. Our construction manager, Jackson M. was also outstanding. We were always kept in the loop with what was going on during the construction process. After we moved in, there were a couple of minor issues that were resolved promptly by the customer care team. The experience from start to finish was professional and exceptional. From sales to the walk through, just a group of highly professional people that made me feel completely comfortable with the process. I give a ton of credit to our sales person Aaron who did a fantastic job at making sure we understood everything we were buying into and to Josh for the thorough walk through and knowledge transfer. Thanks to everyone else I did not call out by name. You all are true professionals!

We love this community, it has been very welcoming and there are activities for all. The multitude of green spaces makes it feel very open. Our beautiful home is perfect and we look forward to enjoying many years here.
