The best neighborhood I’ve ever experienced! Beautiful homes well constructed. I expected this. What surprised and delighted me was the community layout: sidewalks on both sides of all streets, marvelous sidewalk path lights and elegant and well placed street lights and whimsically painted rest benches, and meandering view corridors inviting residents to get out and walk. The Amenity Center is A+++. Congratulations to your team—-you have designed and built a perfect active adult resort style community!!!

Matt was very easy to work with. Our previous Project Manager was difficult to work with, difficult to get things done. Matt helped us getting several projects accomplished. He was always easy to get a hold of. He was happy making us happy.

We were extremely pleased with our experience from start to finish. The end product is gorgeous!

Construction manager, Frank, was outstanding.

We love our new home and Frank made it happen, plus patiently introduced us to all the amenities and “secrets “. Frank made sure all our concerns were taken care of and had the house cleaned just before we moved in. The transition was seamless. Thank you Frank.

We feel like we got a good value for our money and we love the location.

From the beginning we had a very positive experience. Lisa in sales was fabulous from start to finish. Carlos, our construction manager was communicative and clearly, very competent. The folks we dealt with at Pulte Mortgage and Title were responsive and thorough. The only glitch was that just before closing our construction manager was transferred so we had a number of details with finishes on the house that were not managed properly. The good news is that post-closing, our customer service representative, Julie, stepped up and has worked diligently to have all the issues corrected.

The Pulte home buying experience had both bad and good points. Good relationship with Sue G when making the decision to purchase, somewhat good experience with Alex, title company kept changing workers and hard to get them to respond to my questions (in their defense I later learned they had staffing shortages) and Angelica , the construction person in charge of building my house tried to keep me informed as to the progress while I was living in CA. My only disappointment was the damage done to the kitchen cabinets between the first walk through and the final walk through. It shouldn’t have happened. ... Más

Julie was a great saleswomen. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and made the whole buying process very easy.

Love my little house with a view. Del Webb has been good to work with. They’ve communicated thoroughly throughout the process.

Ease of working with all the staff from sales to project manager to warranty personnel.

The build process to closing wait was way longer than expected. We were given completion timeline from August to September and our move in was 11/16. When moving here from another state this delay lead to many challenges and very stressful year.

Purchase process was helpful and satisfactory Build took 30-45 days longer than estimated. Have been in the house almost 60 days and punch list has not been addressed.

Pulte seems to rely almost exclusively on subcontractors. My opinion is that these contractors need to me managed a lot more than Pulte is doing now to improve on their quality of work, productivity and consequently on their cost of work. The construction manager is stretched too thin. More supervision and overnight of subs definitely required.

The positive: everyone we dealt with on the Pulse staff was wonderful. They were responsive, answered questions faithfully and promptly, and were just downright a pleasure to deal with. The not so positive: the lot we bought had already had the slab poured so we were unfortunately limited in terms of the options we could get on the house. Because that plan could not be changed, we had to tear out the master shower and install a tub right after we moved in, because my wife needs a nightly bath for her rheumatoid arthritis. The builder did not allow some changes we thought reasonable; we would have preferred better flooring, but Pulte did not give us that option. And the lack of color choices for the cabinetry was also disappointing. In sum: despite a few niggling and negative details, I think we'll soon learn to love the house. ... Más

Because we have a punch list still in progress I was reluctant to complete the survey. My responses are therefore hedged a bit. Still amazed that drawer and cabinet pulls were not included, nor were ceiling fans. Ultimate resolution of our punch list will determine the final quality and value answers.

Our sales rep was terrific. As a Realtor myself I appreciated her approach, attention to detail and responsiveness. Our construction manager gets lower marks for lots of promises and less action.

The various teams have been great to work with and have continued to go out of their way to address our questions and issues that have arisen in a timely manner. Our primary concern to date is the lack of care in much of the finish work. Luckily, they have been quite responsive in addressing the issues, it's just disappointing that those items weren't done with care in the first place.
