Our decision to purchase a home in a Del Webb community was confirmed within the first few days we moved in. We received needed attention for a few things in the home and was resolved promptly; answers to questions that also pertain to specific services needed (e.g., trash/recycling, mail, electric/gas).

We had extraordinary team start and even though she located in the back right office. Her personality is contagious. She worked hard during Covid19 as did the young Veteran and his team worked on our home. Never have we ever known someone so young, who holds himself accountable. He could answer any question with assurance. We love our home and community it is everything we image.

We bought a house and didn’t see it until after closing!

Slopeside or ski-in/ski-out The entire experience went very smoothly. Our sales agent and builder were very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. They completed our home faster than they first anticipated, making our move in sooner than we anticipated. We love our new home and community!

I needed a move in ready home and couldn’t believe how easy it was to find one in Del Webb Mallory Creek! After moving in, I had a few issues that needed fixing and response time was better than I expected. The longer I am in my new house, the more I love it. And being in a 55+ community means there is always something fun to do!

Beautiful house layout in a great neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom with selections from designer Elizabeth are excellent. Open floor plan is very livable. Construction manager Zack was very responsive and exceed our expectations for getting everything corrected before closing. The closing process went very smoothly and there were no surprises on the prices or closing costs. We're very happy with the community and the home.

The Sales and project management process was great. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. We are happy we made our new home in DelWeb.

Andrew and Kenneth have been more than helpful and considerate through the past year. The house is pretty much what we wanted and the neighborhood is truly a friendly atmosphere with lots to do. The house has a few minor cosmetic issues which should be easy to fix and one issue that will need to be resolved soon. All in all, we are happy to have made the move.

It was a pleasure to work with Justine. He made it a good experience.

From our tour of the models to moving in has been a great experience. Our construction manager Andrew was always reachable and was a great “hand holder” as I was a bit needy at times. (Ha) Moving is hard .. but we’re happy to have landed here!!!
