I'm writing this review because we love our home and its location. To see Deer, Sandhill Cranes, Egrets, Bunnies, a lot of Birds and other creatures that share the same Preserve, makes a beautiful sight and the love of nature. This is the best home we've ever had, and it always feels good to be HOME!

Excellent Design + Construction Experience from Start to Finish

Couldn't be more happy with the overall design and construction experience. Every member of the team was beyond courteous and professional and truly cared about customer service. The only area of improvement we wished could have been a bit stronger was construction oversight as it related to the various subcontractors. Now that we've moved in and are able to observe the construction of other new homes in our neighborhood, there are many practices by subcontractors that aren't necessarily industry standard and that raises a concern regarding how the home will perform over time. ...

We are satisfied with the build overall. Our construction manager was very good and responsive to our questions during the process. It was actually fun to come by the house and watch the progress, and the closing date was as promised with no delays. While there were corrections that needed to be made, the time it took was swift and completed quickly. Zach is a great manager and a keeper for the company!

Great sales experience with Kurt. Kyle project manager was very responsive with any questions we had during the building process. Our biggest disappointment was some of the trim work completed in the home. Also, the paint used in these homes do not hold up well, mostly on the trim. We do love the design of our home and overall, very happy. We are enjoying the neighborhood and all the activities offered.

This is my first time with the Del Webb building experience and an experience it was from design to completion. Outer walls are prebuilt and arrived on a flatbed truck then the house is assembled on foundation. I was impressed with the efficiency in which the house was constructed from start to finish.

Salesman Aaron was very professional, helpful and assisted us on any buying issue we had. Builder Daniel has addressed the few issues we have had with the house. Again, he was professional, beyond friendly and helpful. Together I think they made an excellent team.

Great experience moving into Del Webb Naples move in ready home. They were negotiable on price and our situation of closing on our previous home. We got to move from one home to the other in two days, so much less stress thanks to Robin at sales. Home quality a lot better than other builders in area.

The responsiveness and follow-up from Matt during construction was great. He promptly responded to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated his thoroughness during each review we had together. He addressed found concerns with both text and photos in follow-up emails. Even when I thought of other questions after the Pre-closing orientation.

House done in time. Lawn and plants were put in and then had a freeze. We were told you closed with them like that so turned us over to the sod people. Not much help .

The process of working with the sales representatives, Irene was very smooth. I get she gave great advice and helped explain the buying process very smooth. The financing was very smooth as well and streamlined. I was worried about the design process - i did my homework and the design consultant really helped pull things together. The build process was amazingly quick once it got started and completed on time except for the driveway and landscaping. The quality is above average. The responsiveness of any warranty issues has been quick. Overall I am happy with purchase.
