Work done well and completed early

Working with the staff of Del Webb was stress free. They were very responsive and communicative to our questions and concerns. Our home is beautiful and we love it!

My experience with the builder's team was a good experience. The communication was appropriate through out the building process. The team was very responsive to any questions that I had during the entire construction and purchase process. The team was very transparent when things had to change or be adjusted. I would recommend the builder and team to others seeking a new home.

Del Webb runs it home construction and sales like an assembly line. Everyone has an exact job to do and are standing by waiting to perform! Very efficient, cost effective and thorough. Excellent experience, all around!

It was really very great!

We have had the "pleasure" of "building" three new homes in the last 4 years. The construction process with Pulte/Del Webb was by far the easiest, most enjoyable, and stress free. Our Construction Manager, Austin, kept us informed all the way through. And went out of his way to ensure that any issues or concerns were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. We love our new home and community!

Everyone on the team who assisted us in selecting the home, the design, and then the construction was professional, courteous, and welcoming of feedback and resolutions were clearly shown and communicated to us.

Lynn did a great job helping us select the features important to us. Nikki put the final touches on our design selections and they are beautiful. Richard put it all together by building our home to completion. We are so happy in our new Del Webb home.

I would recommend this builder and Del Webb community to perspective buyers looking for an inclusive/ active community setting.

The quality and workmanship I believe is slightly above average. The price is attractive when considering prices in other parts of the country. Overall I’m very happy with our new home. Very poor performance by Coast to Coast Pools

Construction Manager Del Webb First I would like to say that Rafael and I did not see eye to eye on several issues, however, he did what he said he would do and that is communicate to me weekly on the progress of my home. His weekly status reports were very precise and at times included pictures of my homes progress. He also, made sure that the Sub Contractors used by Del Webb kept my home relatively clean inside after each task completed by them was finished. Rafael told me from the beginning that he would deliver to me a home that would not be cosmetically perfect but that I should trust him in doing his job to deliver a quality product. I brought to Rafael’s attention that this is my second Del Webb Home and that my first in Stone Creek Ocala had less than 5 problems in the first year of me living there. I truly believe that Rafael is an asset to Pulte Del Webb because of his experience in construction. This experience can be used to mentor new inexperienced Construction Managers in the building process to look for specific problems thus eliminating customer frustration. Overall, I would give Rafael a Rating of 10 where 10 is the highest level for his performance in the Supervision and Quality Control of my home. ... Más

We are very excited and happy with our new home!

The quality of the $6,000 "upgraded" was substandard. Several drawers had to be replaced. The back of the bathroom cabinets was loose, I had to caulk it to store our things. Had I seen thoroughly the quality of the cabinets before the walk-through, I would have refused them. Everything seems fine now thanks to the construction manager. There are several other items that I will not bother to mention. Even though it is not a custom-made home, for a 1/2 million dollar house one expects a better quality throughout.

Julio was my construction manager. He did a fantastic job building my home.

Pulte is a great home builder and company. They make the purchase experience extremely easy.

The home is beautiful and the community is certainly going to be gorgeous when it is completed. A few minor issues with the builder. Lighting and ceiling fans are not included and cannot be ordered. After closing one has to purchase and contract to install them. It seems to me that the builder should offer this at an extra charge (every other addition is extra). Without ceiling lighting (chandeliers, pendents, fans, etc) it seems that the house is incomplete even after closing. In addition, there is no kitchen stove exhaust. As a result, stove top cooking often results in the smoke alarm going off. It seems to be a basic item that a builder should include. ... Más
