Great Experience with the process from purchase to final delivery. Minor issues but really a great experience.

Our first sales rep was absolutely wonderful, but she left and we were assigned someone else. I sent him 3 emails with questions and he never responded so I was pretty upset. Our building supervisor was wonderful and made sure we did get our questioned answered. Besides the one sales staff, everyone else was great!

The home buying experience was really very straightforward and easy.

My experience with DelWebb has been awesome. From the sales team to the construction management. Wonderful experience! I was impressed when I first visited the Del Webb Lakewood Ranch. The community is well-planned and maintained, quiet yet full of amenities for active adult residents. The sales representative is very friendly and professional. The construction manager is very responsive to dress issues arose during the construction. Now I finally moved into my dream home!

Andrew and Kenneth have been more than helpful and considerate through the past year. The house is pretty much what we wanted and the neighborhood is truly a friendly atmosphere with lots to do. The house has a few minor cosmetic issues which should be easy to fix and one issue that will need to be resolved soon. All in all, we are happy to have made the move.

Love our new home and community. Had a independent inspection of the home done shortly after move in. Over all house was in good shape but a short list of things needed repair. To date these things have still not been repaired.

Pulte was clear that changes could not be made after our selections were made. Beyond that, they did a great job in providing construction updates and meeting their commitments. After the closing they have continued to provide excellent service, including addressing punch list items.

Overall, our experience was excellent. Very pleased with Jacob's keeping us up to date on progress all throughthe build process. Only complaint might be final cleaning could've been a little more thorough.

We had a great Sales Consultant, Chad kept us in the loop for the time that we had him. Our second consultant was Kristi she too worked just as hard finding out information for all of my questions. I would definitely buy another home from Del Webb if I ever decided to move again. Not to mention our home closed early and that was a big plus. We are very happy here, very peaceful and quiet.

Everyone in the process from sales to warranty have been very professional and helpful.

From our first encounter with Del Webb we have been impressed. Chad, our sales person, was always available to answer questions and help us navigate the process. Al, our construction manager, was the best. He and Daniel were always so helpful and patient. We hired an independent inspector to evaluate the house before the slab was poured, before the dry wall went up and after completion. He was very complimentary of Pulte's processes and execution. We're so excited about our new home and look forward to making many memories here!!!

Love my new home. We've been in for 2 months now and had no issues. The home was delivered clean, finished and within in the completion window they originally provided. The staff that work with you through out the process were all very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

I like the after care that is provided, the extra warranty on appliances is great, The quality of workmanship in the home is great. A great place to live and call home.

We had a good experience from the initial meeting, through the build. In the beginning they sent updates by emails. Towards the end we received a phone call every other week with the update. If I sent a question by email it was responded to by either email or phone call. Overall, we were satisfied with our entire experience.

We were able to purchase a lovely lot thanks to our original salesperson and had an excellent building manager. The overall quality, or craftsmanship, of the build was a little lacking, however.

The entire buying and closing experience was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone involved was professional and responsive, making the entire process a easy experience.

We decided to move to Arizona from Florida. Having owned a Pulte home in a Del Webb Community before, it was an easy decision to move to Sun City Festival. The whole experience was made easy. From Jerry in the sales team to Richard who managed out build, everyone was helpful, professional and efficient. Great team!

Overall I am very happy with my home and experience with Dell Webb. As for workmanship, the subcontractors in my experience were careless in their care of my house during construction. For example, when the flooring had been installed, it was not completely covered and workmen walked in and out without removing or covering their shoes, tracking dirt onto the carpet and risking scratching the hard surface flooring. The subs that installed the tile in the master bathroom shower did not cover the vinyl floor, resulting in grout dropped on the hard vinyl flooring. Although the grout was cleaned up, it was not done until the grout had already hardened, making it impossible to completely get it 100% clean. When the garage was drywalled, drywall mud was dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. All of these issues could have been avoided by covering the floors before starting the work or cleaning up immediately after completing the work. As for the value for the price paid, one could probably purchase an existing home with more square footage for less money; however, the builder incentives and HOA benefits help balance that out. Also, it will be interesting to see how often and by how much our HOA fees increase over time. Regarding our HOA, I really like my experience with Spectrum, so much so, that, even though I have pay for cell phone service out-of-pocket, I changed my cell phone provider from AT&T to Spectrum. Also, our HOA is providing for outstanding care of the grounds in the Kimblewick community. ... Más
