Like many seniors the need to downsize is inevitable and is still a stressfull time. These folks have rules and laws that need be followed. These rules and regs usually give the most pains. This area is where this organization excels. They tell you it’s coming and what they will done to make it easier , AND THEY DO IT!! Enough said.

Our agent, April was very attentive and so nice to deal with. She made sure everything was in order and addressed any concerns or questions we had. My wife and I couldn't have been happier as April was knowledgeable and very easy to contact with any questions. We also had a loan agent, Misty, who was also very attentive and helpful. The whole purchase was an A+ experience.

We understood when we bought the house that there would be some things that needed our attention. So far all of those problems have been addressed and some have even been fixed. I enjoyed working with our build manager Dexter as he was always available and pleasant to speak with. Overall “we are happy”

It starts with the Del Webb realtor agent who’s product and area knowledge stand out, and my agent Dana is that person. Dan’s insights/professionism exceeded my expectation. From our initial meeting to the design center to the closing, Dana was always available to answer my questions. When the build started my project manager Jack took over. Jack provided all necessary updates throughout the build process and answered every question I had. The project completion target date was right on which helped my wife and I with our temp. Construction Mgr could not have been more helpful or responsive to my questions.

Angelia made our home buying experience wonderful and stress free. She made sure what model we liked and then showed us what new builds they had available. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. When we decided on a house the entire process start to finish went smoothly. Thank you Angelia for not pressuring us.

We recently purchased a home in Del Webb, Ave Maria. Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. We have had a few minor call-back issues and the contractors have been timely and quick to resolve issues. This has been a great experience.

My house came out beautiful. It was completed before I expected. Brian was absolutely wonderful. He was always attentive to all my questions. When something need fixing, it was completed immediately and the customer service person followed up to make sure it was done. Everything was perfect.

Love my new home

From the moment we started the process with Elaine Ransom our wonderful salesperson to the close with Stephen Jayme, our Construction manager, the entire experience was smooth and easy. My only suggestion is that Del Webb include the gathering room floor outlet as part of the standard package. Increase the base price if necessary. Also, don’t overcharge for additions. I think buyers will spend more on options if the prices for these additions aren’t exorbitant.

I moved into Del Webb Chateau Elan on September 14,2024. My partner passed away in May, and our Gainesville home was too far away from my friends and family. This new home offered the perfect place for me and my two cats. The design is perfect and the Pulte warranty department has been responsive to any problems so far. My construction manager, Ronnie, took care of any problems during my move-in and the home has turned out to be a place where I feel safe and secure. All of the employees I have met on my home buying journey have been helpful and competent. I am glad I made the move here. My neighbors have been kind and helpful and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Christina was wonderful to work with!!! She had all the answers when we needed them. Also David had the home sparkling clean when we finally moved in. All in all it was a very pleasant experience to have a DelWeb home.

Our sales rep Kialey and project manager Garrett were great to work with. They were helpful and responsive! They worked to make sure we were happy and understood the process before, during and even after the build!

Our experience with purchasing a home at Del Webb at Carolina Overlook was great. They were super accommodating to make the accessibility changes we needed and we were kept updated regularly. Liz and Jill in the sales office were terrific and our construction manager DJ could not have been better. He really went above and beyond.

From the very beginning with contacting the Sales office to the final close and all the paperwork, our experience was really smooth... We were very happy with everyone we worked with: sales representatives, construction manager, office personnel, pulte mortgage & insurance people. Even though it does take time, they made it go fast. We were from out of state and I was surprised the continuous contact we had with everyone. We love our home and the 55+ Community we chose.

BlackWe have had great response times from everyone! The sales team - Jordon, the construction manager - Maggie, have been excellent! Sod was put in as expected. Clean-up of streets was much appreciated as the street sweepers came thru frequently. We were surprised that the garage window sill was not finished out - we will take care of it ourselves. We had a bad concrete finish in the HVAC room but it was resolved quickly w Maggie.
