Our second phase project manager was awesome! He was patient attentive and very responsive. We can’t say enough good things about the second phase of the build of our house. We cannot wait to make it our home in 2025.

We purchased a Pulte spec duplex home and were unsure that the quality would be as good as a home we were watching being built. But living out of town during construction wasn't a problem, as our construction managers sent us updates and photos during the build. Our manager, Mike, did a great job with the final inspection and walk thru. He gave a great overview of the home's systems and how to resolve any issues with the workings of the home in the month after closing. Mike's years of experience gave us great confidence Pulte would be standing behind their word.

Like many seniors the need to downsize is inevitable and is still a stressfull time. These folks have rules and laws that need be followed. These rules and regs usually give the most pains. This area is where this organization excels. They tell you it’s coming and what they will done to make it easier , AND THEY DO IT!! Enough said.

Our agent, April was very attentive and so nice to deal with. She made sure everything was in order and addressed any concerns or questions we had. My wife and I couldn't have been happier as April was knowledgeable and very easy to contact with any questions. We also had a loan agent, Misty, who was also very attentive and helpful. The whole purchase was an A+ experience.
