Our builder walked through the house with us a few days before closing. Between all of us ( Michael, our builder, and my wife and me, we were able to address any concerns. Everything that was discovered during the early walk through was addressed. After closing, we had issues with our yard. Our builder assisted us in getting the problems resolved. Our Del Webb build was basically a worry free process! Oh, and it was finished ahead of schedule!!

From the sales experience to closing was super easy. Once move in happened, warranty service for expected small items was completed in an expeditious fashion using high quality contractors. I couldn't be happier.

Our entire experience was easy. All information was made available to us, all of our questions were answered and any issues were taken care of, almost immediately. There were no "hidden" or extra costs. This was our 5th home buying experiencing and our 1st new build. We retained a trusted realtor to represent us and that made the whole experience even easier.

Make sure that you use a mortgage company that will give you great interest rates and cash incentives.

Everyone I have interfaced with at Pulte here at Del Webb is a 10. Lisa in sales, Stacey in design, William and Luise construction managers. All tens. Over the many years I have worked with other builders and Pulte is most certainly the best I have had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I purchased a new home in the Del Webb Tradition community of Port St Lucie without ever coming to Florida. We based our decision to do so on the reputation of the PulteGroup as a home builder and the Del Webb brand. We did everything online with a great team of friendly, helpful, and professional people from start to finish. We love living here and for anyone considering Del Webb Tradition as their next home we would highly recommend it.

We really appreciated the whole experience from the initial sales center/model tour, design center selection and construction. The whole team was very professional, provided excellent explanations especially during construction and made us feel welcome to the community! Our construction manager was always available for questions and worked through any issues we had quickly and with a great deal of attention to the details. We were very please at every step of the process.

It is first time to move in a new constructed house, though I had owned 6 houses before. Interior and outdoor nice. Kitchen has many built ins which is very convenient.

Valen was an awesome Sales consultant that assisted me with my purchase. She was absolutely amazing with responsiveness and providing me with information I needed. Closing went very smooth with no delays. Frank was such a pleasure to work with as the Construction Manager. He helped me with numerous questions, and did it all with a smile. Anything I identified as an issue or concern was addressed. Very pleased with my purchase and happy to live in Del Webb BayView.

From picking our lot to moving in the staff at all stages of the process were helpful and went to extremes to make sure we understood each step. Picking our options was a great experience and a bit exhausting as so much to choose from, but the staff made sure we were comfortable with each choice. We recommend the choice of a Del Webb community.

Buying experience went smoothly. Design center associate was very helpful and offered many options to select from. My new home was built with care. The supervisor of the building was amazing! I have a well built, beautiful home.
