We are so pleased with the build of our forever home. The craftsmanship and quality is outstanding. We are both so excited about the home, community, and activities that are offered here. We are looking forward to retirement living here. This is the dream that we were looking for for retirement.

Deadlines met at each stage of construction and closing process. Post closing and move-in very quick response to questions and small issues. I could not be more pleased. I love my new home.

My construction manager, Elliott, was extremely helpful and responsive to any of my concerns. my requests were handled quickly and professionally.

The worst part was going through Pulte Mortgage. Gave all but blood and took Pulte 7 months before final approval. Sales agent made the sale but was difficult to contact later. Field Manager Chris was super intelligent, always communicating, prompt, courteous, very respectful and guided us right through and efficient with following up on items that needed addresed. He deserves a 10+++++ stars

I highly recommend Evan to anyone who is looking for an easy building experience., He walks you through the process with clarity and confidence. A wonderful experience with a person who is knowledgeable and transparent with the whole process. He clearly wants your confidence and making the process as easy as possible.

From start of the purchase process we were well informed by our sales agent who went out of his way to explain the process until closure. We had a constructive independent inspector which adds confidence. Our builder was very pleasant and professional and available for our questions and suggestions, he obviously knew his trade and organization of the work crews went well. The house was completed ahead of schedule to our satisfaction. The closing process was well organized by PGP Title with no problems. I was concerned about insulation and energy efficiency, our builder was able to install more insulated areas. There were the usual cosmetic glitches which were 99% resolved. I must say from the day we walked into the sales center and met Ivo, our sales rep at Del Webb to being in the home now, the entire process was seamless and smooth. No issues at all.

The over all experience was good.

Sales Consultant BRIDGET was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the many variety of hoes available. She made the whole buying process simple. Construction Supervisor LONNIE was also amazing. He was always there to answer any of my questions regarding my new home. He made the whole construction process very simple.

Bill our sales professional has routinely gone above and beyond through the entire construction process. He has continued to be of great help even after closing. Pulte has done a fine job of constructing exactly what we had envisioned. The Del Webb community is a fantastic place to spend our winters. Extremely happy with our choice.

We had a wonderful experience buying our home from our builder. The builder was very detailed oriented and was able to make sure everything in the house was top notch - it is such a beautiful home!

We purchased home at near completion. The construction manager David explained all that had been done and what needed to be finished. At the walkthrough he was very thorough in giving it the “white glove” test to make sure all details were taken care prior to turning the keys over to us.

I overwhelmingly made the right decision to buy in the Del Webb community in Winter Garden, Florida. Outstanding sales team that assisted getting me into my new home. Pulte’s Loan staff are the best to work with when obtaining financing! Del Webb’s Warranty Department is quick to get issues resolved. A great overall experience in every aspect.

My home owners buying experience was great. I did buy a quick move in but the experience to go to closing was relatively easy and totally enjoyed working with my project manager Adriane. He was so helpful and very informative on explaining all the features in the home and his personality made me confident to get to my closing day

Our Construction Manager Al Was fabulous. Kept us up to date with the building of our house. What made it great was we were in California. Thank you Del Webb for everything.

They outline every step of the way, working with Pulte Mortgage was easy as pie and the service Team (wow) reached out to me before our 30-day mark to help set appointments for last minute repairs and wall dings during our move. Very happy with my new home

I would look more closely at craftsmanship during my walk thru. I think you should be given the paperwork what isn’t covered in your warranty before purchasing. I was lucky that all my issues were fixed quickly. Also, pay attention to your irrigation system. My first utility invoice was VERY high. I went to the Myrtle Beach office and was told it was high because of the way my watering system was set.

We bought a model home that we LOVE! I am happy with the workmanship and layout of the home. The neighborhood is beautiful. We feel Ike we live in a Disney resort.

We bought an inventory home so all the selections were already made.

We are happy with the workmanship and design of our home.

My house is perfect for my needs…one level, beautiful kitchen, bright cheerful sunroom. Such a friendly crew who got me here as well.
