WE are very disappointed in the quality of workmanship on our new home. We have been in the home about 6 weeks. Since then we have had electrical wiring issues that could have caused a firel Additional wiring issues have been found while making changes to make the home ours. We were awakened at 6:10 am from sleep when one of the blinds in the master bedroom fell. A review of all the blinds in the home revealed that none of the blinds were installed properly and could have fallen at any time. The master shower pan has a chip in the corner. we discovered a broken spacer in the grout in the master bath floor. The drain in the upstairs tub is stained. There is paint on many of the faceplate covers for swithches and outlets. It is clear that the faceplates were not removed before painting. Water flow from both hose bibs are low. A high quality impulse springker cannot be used because there is inadequate flow to make the sprinkler move. (I would note that a home in back of my home uses an impulse sprinkler and gets great coverage and no problems.) I love my home. The buying experience was flawless and well organized. The sales group are wonderful The builder was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Also Jeff is great and responds immediately to my calls. My issues are the installation of cabinets, tiles, paint, door handles, etc. It looks like the workers rushed and did not pay attention to detail. There was caulk everywhere. For the price we pay, the house should be near perfect.

My wife and I visited Del Webb for six years and Tanya was the salesperson we dealt with. Tanya is amazing and played a vital part in our purchase.

Del Webb have great designs on three different tiers homes. We choose the premier collection. Homebuying experience was good. We put a down payment for our house in late May or early June. Del Webb delivery date was set around late September or early October. The house started construction in mid June. Mid September, Del Webb gave us the delivery date of Oct 12. On Oct 12, we did a walk through and took possession of the house. On Oct 15 we moved in. After settling down and took the first shower in the master bath. We discovered that the water didn't drained properly toward the drain hole. We contacted the construction manager. The problem was fixed 2-3 weeks later. Other minor issues that we found are drywall and interior painting. The drywalls were not mudded properly in most room. I can find a lot of shadows on the drywall at night. Ceilings had the same problem. As for painting, I used the free gallon of paint provided by Del Webb to make a lot of touch up all over the house. Overall, we like the house. The quality of workmanship was not good as expected. The community so far is good. The clubhouse is yet to be open ... Más

Our experience since moving in has been frustrating to say the least. Appointments not kept, excuses made instead of problems solved. I’ve had to contact your Las Vegas office twice because i couldn’t get a text or phone call returned. After i contacted your LV office, I got a call from Darell with attitude. Very unprofessional! Most of our issues have been minor and easily fixed, but it has taken numerous calls to get things done. We love our home and the facilities. Our sales person, Tanya was amazing. She contacted us often with updates and made the purchase a great experience.

At the end of the process everything worked out. Communication from the builder was poor after closing. Our CM left a couple of weeks after we closed. No one told us he had left. Communication with the regional manager was poor at best. I would advise buyers to make sure all items are fixed prior to closing on the house. We worked with a new CM and a warranty person after multiple communications. They were both fantastic and our issues were finally resolved.

Great to work with but to get repairs under warranty has been impossible to get done promise's with no results

DEL WEBB Sunbridge is a great neighborhood with fantastic neighbors and great home plans. However the closing and build process were very disappointing. Very inexperienced construction manager who promised much and delivered little. Poor attention to details in finishing and then a very frustrating warranty process to get the trim and final fixes capped by an incompetent warranty manager. Only through escalation to the warranty managers supervisor were final trim details addressed. End result is a great house but a bitter taste from the poor attention to detail in the finishing prior to closing. Another frustration is the incredible slow response time for post closing modifications such as additional gutters etc. ... Más

Buying the home is the easy and enjoyable part. Once I closed and then moved in, I noticed so many things wrong and imperfect. One expects a great, new home after spending all this money.

Our buying experience with the sales team was very pleasant and professional. They responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. However, the choice of materials for the kitchen and bathrooms were limited. The kitchen appliances did not include the French door refrigerator and we had to spend several days looking for an equivalent appliance. Unfortunately, after we moved in, we were faced with very poor quality workmanship — the doors, the window panes, the walls etc, were done using poor quality paints — and painters did an unprofessional job. In the kitchen the stainless steel sink and the counter tops are scratched. In addition, all the LVP floorings are scratched in some areas and dotted with specks of white paint. The small front porch railings are broken. Of course, we will continue to discover other issues with time. However, we would like to mention that the Builder’s Manager was very professional and replied in a timely manner to all our questions and took care of the issues we found during our walk-throughs. In conclusion, we’re looking forward to discussing the above issues with the builders and to the end of construction nearby to enjoy our new home. ... Más

Sales experience was excellent. Design center experience was good to very good. Quality control during the final phase of finishing the home was awful. Subcontractors are allowed to do sloppy work and get away with it. Many small thing completely overlooked. There was no regard for keeping the finished product clean and damage free. (Flooring & Carpeting). The attitude of the Homebuyer will create a punch list after move in is not a goop practice. I called customer service 3 times in 1 week and ask for a return phone call with no call back. Neighbors have said they have experience the same things. ... Más

Do not have good responsiveness to warranty issues

Low grade materials used and no one has the time to address outstanding issues or new issues in a timely manner. I would not purchase another

We've been here a few weeks now. We had our walk through with Bill two weeks ago. So far the only thing that has been taken care of is the oven replacement because it was leaking gas. I was getting sick. My Dog was sick. The gas company came out and turned off the gas. My husband had to confront Bill the next day to get it taken care of. Bill says that it walk through issues will be taken care of next week. I hope so.

Sales team is very good. Had no problems with purchase. HOWEVER, the house was not in closing condition. Its been 9 weeks and we are still waiting for punch list items to be completed. Half of our floors were damaged. Only half of those were replaced, second half is due to be replaced in December. Our bath tub needs to be resurfaced and cascading sliding doors will be replaced (too many scratches to fix) but we do not have a date when those will be done. In addition, the quality of the craftsmanship is very poor. Paint droppings on floors, fixtures, toilets, etc., bad cuts on molding, sloppy caulking. We have spent hours and hours fixing many of these things ourselves. It is not enjoyable living in a house with so much work to be done. It disrupts our lives having to be available for all the repairs and it takes away from the fun of buying new furniture and decorating etc. We just keep waiting and waiting for things to be complete, We have just begun the warranty process and the person we are dealing with is very organized and we believe all the warranty issues will be resolved in a timely manner unlike the punch list items that have taken far, far too long to resolve. Everyone has been courteous and we think they are doing their best. We don’t think the builder is giving them the resources to get the job done. Our house was not ready for closing. Now that we paid for the house shouldn’t we be on high priority to get the punch list items completed? We are very disappointed. ... Más

The craftsmanship of the house was terrible The house was far from finished when we moved in things were not completed that were pointed out in the walk through the yard has tracks from were they drove through to the back yard the back yard is very uneven very rough. There were no screens on any window which were destroyed during the build instead of being removed and set aside. There were holes in the walls by the switch and all they did was filled with calking. The siding still has the staples in the boards that had paper on them and they just painted over them. The ac unit is way to small for the house not proper size for the square footage! All in all very poor craftsmanship through the house ... Más

the home purchase and build were outstanding. The after close response to issues has been horrible.

The buying experience was great. The builder is terrible. The contractor did not return calls. A lot of items were not completed. I sent an email to the warranty department with the list of items that were not completed and they sent an email that someone would contact me. That was over a month ago and still no contact.

Very disappointed with the poor workmanship and hopefully all will be resolved during the warranty period

They’re framing work is very good but they’re finish work SUCKS

Hannah was great. She helped so much with issues that would arise, as I was on the west coast. Can't find words to express how crushed I am to see the lack of quality and care. Little tricks done to dupe us and hide flaws. In 5 homes I've purchased this has been by far the worst quality of workmanship. It saddens me because this was supposed to be our final house in a great community.

Very poor workmanship, drywall, trim , paint. Whenever work is completed we can be happy with our new home .

You would not even want me to review what I think of DelWebb right now!!!! And none of it is the construction manager’s fault!!!! Nick has been great but terrible plumbing for MB toilet that WORKS!!!! The service wait is 2 weeks!!! Unbelievable!!!!
