Home buying and building was fine but the appointment to choose all your decorations was awful . You are not allowed to see the choices in advance, you don't know all the decisions you have to make. It becomes overwhelming. And then you are not allowed to change your choices when you leave the 3 hour meeting. So you end up living with choices made in the spur of the moment and not thought out, what no process to change those choices until the finished home is yours.

Mark was very responsive and kept us informed of house build stages. Always answered our questions quickly. Made home buying process very easy to follow

The experience with the construction manager Mel was excellent every step of the way. James resolved all the issues we had after we moved in.

We are generally pleased with the overall experience. The sales and financing operations were easy and responsive to work with, but the sales lottery system was tricky at best and somewhat aggravating. The design group was thorough and presented to options clearly. The construction standards are at or above code, but the contractors were not concerned with the final product, i.e., who would intentionally install a bent exhaust hood or misplace porch support posts by several inches. With so many homes under construction, it is very difficult to manage every detail in the process, so the contractors and subs must be totally reliable. As the old saying goes: 'the devil is in the details'. Also, the timelines for completion were sometimes not reasonable. Our construction manager, Jake, was very positive and conscientious and was always willing to listen and discuss/explain. He met with us on-site any time we requested it. He responded to every concern and attempted to correct them, but he appeared over-extended in his assignments. However, the responding subs were not as conscientious did not always completely correct the problem. Some issues carried over to warranty issues and still are not resolved. Coordination among the subs for warranty work seems to be lacking, i.e., the painters arrived to paint our defective pocket door before the repairs were done, which we are still waiting to happen. Vicki in sales followed up quickly with every request we gave her to our satisfaction. Robin should be given a gold medal! We are looking forward to working with her. Initial buying experience was very helpful. Downside was the lot was not well marked when we chose and ended up surprised at the direction the back of the house faced. Should be better marked and clearer. Certain options were disappointing- example is lack of double hung window options. Deck options limited, especially when we pay for the railing that immediately comes off for an expansion. Meetings with the various managers thru the different phases was excellent and they were responsive to any issues. In particular, Tristen was fabulous as our final manager for closing and follow up on issues - cannot say enough about his responsivenessand demeanor. Pulte Builders and Del Webb provided higher quality for a midline home. The permitting process created a two-month delay, and the lack of communication caused us some concern. But, once construction started we received detailed and timely updates, and construction came with great attention to detail. We were very pleased with every stage of the build.

We had a great experience building in the new Dell Webb in Noblesville. We had a great construction manager that was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Overall I had a very positive purchasing experience. Throughout the process Meghan helped us understand any of our concerns and kept us updated on the process. Our build manager Luke kept us updated during the build with photos of the concluded steps and was very helpful with any questions we had. After we closed on the home we found a few things that needed to be taken care of and once again Luke took care of us and remedied all of the things we found that needed attention. I'm very happy with my new home.

The only issue we really had was a very poorly put together landscape and irrigation. Very lumpy lawn with high irrigation heads, exposed irrigation pipe in every landscape bed. Just poor quality control.

Overall, pretty good but not perfect.

Overall, we were pleased with the experience. The local team was great and provided strong support throughout the process. However, we did have concerns regarding the Pulte financing options and do not feel we were treated fairly in that area. As a result, we chose to secure financing externally. While the overall process was positive, there were still items identified during the final walk-through that were not fully completed by the time of closing. Addressing these items prior to closing would have improved the experience.

Pleased with experience overall. Pulte runs a very well integrated and assertive marketing machine. They pushed Pulte Mortgage aggressively. I ended up going with them due to most competitive rate, but there were aspects about working with them that were difficult. False sense of urgency for certain documents and info pre-closing, etc. Pulte also uses approved vendors such as window treatment companies etc who were overzealous in soliciting business. Home build process went very well. Construction was well managed and completion was prompt. All inspection issues were addressed well and promptly. Construction quality seems good. Price of home is quite high per square foot, but in Del Webb 55+ you are buying lifestyle vs just a home. There should be more opportunities for modifications and adjustments such as single sink with vanity desk, heated garage, heated tile floors, upgraded closet and pantry shelving. Ensure you understand what’s displayed is not reality. Paid a lot to get the outdoor kitchen on display. What I gat was not even close.

The supervisor (Cody), of our house building, was absolutely the best. Very attentive, got stuff done and house was finished 2 weeks early. No complaints on praise. Cody was on top of everything.

Been 2 months since we moved in. Buying experience has been excellent. Still some small issues to be addressed.

Check over the home very carefully. Some mistakes are made in construction, no matter how hard people try to avoid them.

The base price of the home is far lower than your final price is going to be because of so many options available with better quality finishes that you will select to improve the quality of the unit you are buying. In addition to the options, there are more fees to pay for land or floor choice if a condo. You will also pay for garage space if it's a condo that add significantly to the cost. You may pay 30% or more of the base price.

The experience with Skyler was fantastic. He was always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuine. Enjoyed working with him. While installing lighting fixtures and ceiling fans there was limited wooden support around the ceiling electrical boxes to secure. Wire shelving had a number of imperfections in the installation, but Skyler was able to get this fixed quickly. Overall, minor mistakes were made but corrected by Pulte and their team quickly. Completion of home was on-time which was great.
