The over all experience was good.

Sales Consultant BRIDGET was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the many variety of hoes available. She made the whole buying process simple. Construction Supervisor LONNIE was also amazing. He was always there to answer any of my questions regarding my new home. He made the whole construction process very simple.

Bill our sales professional has routinely gone above and beyond through the entire construction process. He has continued to be of great help even after closing. Pulte has done a fine job of constructing exactly what we had envisioned. The Del Webb community is a fantastic place to spend our winters. Extremely happy with our choice.

We had a wonderful experience buying our home from our builder. The builder was very detailed oriented and was able to make sure everything in the house was top notch - it is such a beautiful home!

We purchased home at near completion. The construction manager David explained all that had been done and what needed to be finished. At the walkthrough he was very thorough in giving it the “white glove” test to make sure all details were taken care prior to turning the keys over to us.

I overwhelmingly made the right decision to buy in the Del Webb community in Winter Garden, Florida. Outstanding sales team that assisted getting me into my new home. Pulte’s Loan staff are the best to work with when obtaining financing! Del Webb’s Warranty Department is quick to get issues resolved. A great overall experience in every aspect.

My home owners buying experience was great. I did buy a quick move in but the experience to go to closing was relatively easy and totally enjoyed working with my project manager Adriane. He was so helpful and very informative on explaining all the features in the home and his personality made me confident to get to my closing day

They outline every step of the way, working with Pulte Mortgage was easy as pie and the service Team (wow) reached out to me before our 30-day mark to help set appointments for last minute repairs and wall dings during our move. Very happy with my new home

I would look more closely at craftsmanship during my walk thru. I think you should be given the paperwork what isn’t covered in your warranty before purchasing. I was lucky that all my issues were fixed quickly. Also, pay attention to your irrigation system. My first utility invoice was VERY high. I went to the Myrtle Beach office and was told it was high because of the way my watering system was set.

We bought a model home that we LOVE! I am happy with the workmanship and layout of the home. The neighborhood is beautiful. We feel Ike we live in a Disney resort.

We bought an inventory home so all the selections were already made.

We are happy with the workmanship and design of our home.

My house is perfect for my needs…one level, beautiful kitchen, bright cheerful sunroom. Such a friendly crew who got me here as well.

The process of buying a home with Del Webb was pleasant and enjoyable. We made our decision the first time we met Alex, who was one of the best representatives of the Oasis team. She walked us through all the options that we really liked. The whole process was very smooth and easy to follow. Very good.

My construction manager Alvaro was there for me every step of the way. From beginning to end and afterwards. He updated me every week via email while my new home was being built. He went out of his way to make sure I was clear on everything. I’m satisfied on the quality of my PULTE home, it’s worth its value.

We started looking throughout Florida 3 years ago for our retirement home. When we toured Del Webb Bayview we knew we found our community. Thankfully Jill was our sales representative from the beginning and never gave up on us as it took us 2 years to finalize retirement and commit to build. Jill: sales representative, Susan: design consultant, Sam and Jake: construction managers, all were professional, excellent at their jobs, excellent with customer care. They definitely are dedicated to making Del Webb a successful builder.

We felt completely comfortable thru the process working with Luis G. and Kaleb K. They listened well, addressed any issue we had in a timely and efficient manner and were exceptional in follow up on every concern we had. Lastly, they were professional, courteous and kind to work with.

I retired 2 years ago. My plan was to sell my home and move across the country to be closer to my daughter. Upon my visit, I found Sun City Peachtree. The moment I set eyes there, I knew this is where I want to live out the rest of my life. I called, scheduled a tour, was welcomed by Sales Agent, Mark, who took my daughter and I on a lovely tour riding in a golf cart! Mark was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and explained the process to me. Gave us a voucher to have lunch at the golf course restaurant. The food was five star quality! The tour of the homes was outstanding with so many styles of homes to choose from. I made my selection and was able to see the progress of my home being built online. The entire process was very easy, with no major hiccups. Close to completion, I met David, who was the head person handling the building of my home. David was also kind, patient, and was happy to answer any questions asked. Long story short, I'm very pleased with the staff I encountered. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I have to tell you, everyone I encountered in person, phone, or email was very professional, easy to contact, responsive and just pleaseant. Even the residents we met during the tour were very warm and friendly. They were sharing their own experiences and informing me of all the social activities here. I am looking forward to checking those out after I get my beautiful house in order! I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new home! What a blessing this has been for me and my daughter who lives not too far from Sun City Peachtree. She's happy that her mom is just a stones throw away!
