Very pleased. This is our second experience building Dell Webb home in Sun City, Mesquite, Nevada. Our first home, built six years ago, was also a good experience. Our family has grown with grandchildren so we wanted to build a slightly larger home. the building process was very good. Ron, our construction Manager was excellent. The Pulte Vegas design center person, Allyssa, we worked with was very good!!! We do wish there was a lot more selection in the products at the design center, particularly in flooring. As seniors, we do not want hard tile and , with dust allergies do NOT want carpeting. We felt the cost of hardwood floors was very expensive and not a great floor for the dry desert —and, the vinyl options limited and much too costly—-much more affordable to do on our own. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the designer we worked with.( Frankly, much more so than our previous designer seven years ago.) The landscapers, have so far been very good. All members of Delwebb team from beginning to end were very informative and helpful. They promptly addressed my concerns and kept me informed. I liked how they sent me weekly updates and photos of the progress. This was comforting being from out of state and not being able to see progress on my own. Very satisfied with the quality and value for my money!

Todd and Nate provided excellent service throughout the entire home buying and building process. Todd as sales professional and Nate as construction manager.

The buying and build phase was seamless thanks to our salesman, Darrin and our construction supervisor, Michael. Quality of home is good. Only a couple of service requests thus far and they were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction. Warranty contact, Debbie, even stopped by to check on completion of work.

Austin is very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped me to understand builders code. He made being a first time new home builder a very enjoyable experience even though it still was stressful at times. Keep up the good work with people like Austin!

From the first time we saw a model unit until the day we received our keys, the Del Webb team was amazing. Letting us get comfortable with the idea (we had been in our home for 37 years), explaining the process, timing, decisions, and even just letting us visit the model over and over again, we’re just a few highlights of our experience.

Buying our new Sun City home was easy. We purchased an inventory home so we didn’t go thru the process of working with the design center to pick out flooring, fixtures, tile, etc. Escrow was quick and easy. There were just a few items that we needed to have corrected after moving in. These items were quickly fixed. All in all, it was a great experience and we love our home.

This is the first time, I truly enjoyed all the steps in my new built house process, from beginning to closing. It started with the welcoming Front Desk lady, JoAnn M., then the professional, knowledgeable Salesman, Darren M., to the caring Pulte closing lady, Deborah J., and most important, along my entire build process, my Construction Manager, Mike M., whose attention-to-detail and knowledge on all matters, educated me and kept me informed every step of the way with photos, through my house completion. The entire build process felt like I was the only person buying a house in Stone Creek, which is far from that, and I sincerely appreciate it. I previously looked at other 55+ communities in Ocala, and Stone Creek is by far, the only country club style living, without the country club prices. Russ took over as our construction manager midway through the build and kept us in the loop with a weekly report of what was happening at our house, including pictures. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns as well.

Builder process was good. I felt like they kept us informed as to what was going on and at the end went over all the features of the house in great detail and provided amazingly helpful information on how to maintain a number of features/devices in th house. Really love that!

The office salesman was patient and professional with suggestions during the design process.
