our experience with Del Webb was one of ease from the buying to walking our house with the construction manager. I would highly recommend Del Webb community to anyone of our know. We can’t wait until the clubhouse is done in Clayton, North Carolina.

This is the first time, I truly enjoyed all the steps in my new built house process, from beginning to closing. It started with the welcoming Front Desk lady, JoAnn M., then the professional, knowledgeable Salesman, Darren M., to the caring Pulte closing lady, Deborah J., and most important, along my entire build process, my Construction Manager, Mike M., whose attention-to-detail and knowledge on all matters, educated me and kept me informed every step of the way with photos, through my house completion. The entire build process felt like I was the only person buying a house in Stone Creek, which is far from that, and I sincerely appreciate it. I previously looked at other 55+ communities in Ocala, and Stone Creek is by far, the only country club style living, without the country club prices. To all at Chauncy Lake. Thank you all for making my move a lot easier. Tim, Cory, Gary, Laura, and those I couldn't remember. You all work very hard to make the experience as easy as possible

Russ took over as our construction manager midway through the build and kept us in the loop with a weekly report of what was happening at our house, including pictures. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns as well.

Builder process was good. I felt like they kept us informed as to what was going on and at the end went over all the features of the house in great detail and provided amazingly helpful information on how to maintain a number of features/devices in th house. Really love that!

The office salesman was patient and professional with suggestions during the design process.

Everything from the beginning went well. No problems. Great communication along the process. The quality of the home is excellent.

Absolutely amazing Corey responds to calls and issues immediately. Amazing would definitely go through Cody again.

This was the greatest home buying experience we've had in 46 years! Every person we dealt with during the process from beginning to closing was absolutely the friendliest, most professional and so helpful and always responded back to us promptly. We had everything explained thoroughly and carefully during each step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better help and our home is absolutely perfect for us. We highly recommend the Del Webb personnel and homes.

What an experience! As a widow of a short time, I knew nothing about buying a home watching them build a home and it was soon to be my home. The road that led To my beautiful finished Home Was filled with people, exhibiting compassion, encouraging, uplifting and mostly informative. For a first time homebuyer Going solo I felt surrounded by an abundance and much needed guidance and information. Don’t miss out on a great chance for a Del Webb home in a great community filled with amenities that are nothing less than 5 stars.

The whole process from start to finish could not have gone any better. Savannah & Dana in sales, Henry in the welcome center, Ann-Mishoe in the design center and last but by no means least Alexis (Lex) our Construction Manager were awesome!! I felt extremely well informed throughout the selection, design and construction process and what few adjustments we requested were handled flawlessly. Our new home is exactly what we designed and hoped for and we couldn’t be happier..

Great experience buying condo in Dell Webb Ave Maria. Celestine our sales agent very helpful in all details, follow up and general questions. The neighborhood has what we are interested in as snowbirds, golf, exercise room, pools and adult activities. Recommend to look at this community if interested in SW Florida

My wife and I moved to Del Webb North Penn from just 5 miles away and we are very happy that we made the move. The townhouse layout is perfect and the quality is top notch. Lots of things to do and lots of friendly people. Highly recommended!

Logan, our sales rep was awesome. From our original email to home touring she was responsive, very helpful with great follow-up. She is a very positive person and a great representative for Del Webb.

This is our sixth house, three new, and they have proved their building and knowledge to us. Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Must say that this is the best built and quality all around that we have bought. Would recommend very highly.

Austin was phenomenal in every way with attention to detail and making sure everything was done correctly! He is an asset as an Employee and should be commended for it.
