The initial workmanship needs a little more TLC. Our team encompassing Todd, Nate, Mike (Sales, Super and overall Const Mgr, respectfully) have been outstanding and a pleasure to work with in fixing what needed to be fixed after our closing.here in North Myrtle Beach. They do stand by their warranty work. I’m sure all will be perfect when completed, which will be shortly.

I am quite happy with the response to a few issues I’ve encountered since moving in. The team responded to me within 24 hours and my issues are scheduled to be fixed this week and next!

Overall quality of home is very good. See above.

It's a very nice and great community

The total experience of building was a good overall. If I had one complaint it would be the design/ products of the home itself. Putting a dishwasher a cabinet away from the sink? Towel rods put in a toilet room?, but nothing near the shower area? No electrical outlets in laundry, toilet room, pantry (for night lights, irons, room as or plug in sweepers). And no choice of appliances even if someone is willing to upgrade (I am very unhappy with cooktop).

Mike and then Kelly were our construction managers and then a great job keeping us informed. Caryn was a fantastic sales agent. Raul has followed up on everything we have sked for

They give you a $9000 closing credit incentive to buy and use Pulte Mortgage. Mortgage company then jacks up the points to eat up the entire incentive, plus some. Ended up going with outside financing. Same rate essentially no points. I would not make another purchase unless the incentive isn’t linked to the mortgage company or there is a guarantee to match current market offers at outside banks.

Our contractor was great to work with. Response to issues has been quick. Unfortunately, we did have problems with the finished product. Seems like subcontractors hired by the builder should be vetted more thoroughly. Upon moving in we have had significant problems with the electrical and HVAC, and the painting was very sloppy.

My original move in date was 9 to 10 months from signing. There were many pushback until we received keys 16 months out.

Overall I am very happy with my new home. My sales person, Mark did a fine job as did Tim, the builder. The only reason that prevented a great rating was my horrible experience with your sub contractor, Phoenix Systems. I had upgrades of about $10,000 in my home including surround sound. They were to prewire the house and finish after I moved in. After moving in, they came for the installation and quickly realized that the entire pre wiring was done incorrectly. The installer stated it looked like they took someone off of the street to prewire the house. They had to take down all the speakers and reset them, resulting in insulation all over my home. They then had to reschedule and come back for what I was told would be a "quick fix". The quick fix took another 5 hours as the house had to be re wired correctly. This all should have been done in the construction period. The original installer also added a meaningless wall plate that serves no purpose and is an eyesore. I contacted Phoenix systems and wanted them to fix the eyesore they left, but I never heard back. I'd love to send you the email's I sent them including pictures showing what they had done. The customer experience with Phoenix systems was horrible and they never even apologized let alone replied to my complaint. Phoenix Systems prevented Del Webb from getting a great review. ... Más

Overall, we feel we got pretty good value and like the house. A lot of attention to detail in both workmanship but also areas where Pulte cheaped out, which kept it from being a fantastic experience and house

The overall buying experience was good for the most part. It was quite frustrating to deal with Pulte Mortgage as they did not communicate in a timely manner, or did not respond back at all the emails/voicemails, requested for same documents over and over several times, delayed by closing date and too much drama for the experience. The sales and building team were prompt with their emails and returning phone calls. They provided helpful feedback and information. The craftmanship was good in some ways and fair in others. There was paint specs on my floor that I had to remove, backyard sod and leveling appeared to be done sloppy and very uneven with poor coverage in areas, grass not taking and dips and holes evident. ... 2nd manager was very helpful and tried his best to make the building experience understandable

We had 2 construction managers and we could not ask for better. Both were very professional and explained alot. The front end guy took us through the construction and the finishing gal was excellent in showing us around our home every step of the way. I hope everyone gets these two but I know that isn't possibly but Thank you for putting them with us.

Homes are very, very nice. Sales people work for the builder. Choices of what goes into a home is somewhat limited. Be prepared to have the inside walls painted after move-in. Everyone working for Pulte has been very nice. All concerns for repairs have been remedied without too much of a delay. We would do the purchase again despite some shortcomings.

We had read done horrible reviews about the quality of Pulte homes in several websites. There are numerous complaints about quality and responsiveness to issues on the BBB website. We have found the opposite to be the case. Our home was delivered with only a few very minor issues. These were largely cosmetic in nature. We have submitted warranty requests, and corrections are underway. The home is a pleasure to live in, and is very comfortable. Overall we are very satisfied with our Pulte home.

He was very helpful for us. I would let all mew homebuyers to make sure the contact spectrum cable to make sure the underground cable is run to the house.

The only challenging part of the homebuilding process was the waiting and delays due to inspections or govt officials were taking too long to approve. It caused about a five week+ delay to our build. At no fault of Del Webb/Pulte.

The process for design and layout went very smooth. Robert was terrific to work with in sales center. Mary was also a jewel in helping with design decisions. Our first builder Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Shane our 2nd builder was new to the job, but did his best. There needed to be more attention to finishes, painting, sanding, cleaning, concrete and concrete work .

The overall process went well. Any problems during the building process were usually taken care of in a timely manner. The Customer Care Team has been responsive to our requests for the little things that crop up during the first few weeks of ownership.

My initial calls to the warranty department were answered promptly and addressed with a sense of urgency.

The sales experience and design process were awesome. Allen and Nikki are the best! The house was completed on time as scheduled. We love the neighborhood, amenities, etc. All systems and maintenance were thoroughly explained to us (sprinklers, pest control , hot water heater, A/C, etc.). Warranty items are addressed sufficiently; some quicker than others, but they are very busy. The downside: we couldn’t believe how many doors bump walls when opened. Design flaw? Be prepared to apply bumper pads. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Baseboards, walls, doors, shelves, everything had to be cleaned. Very sloppy tradesworkers. Dings, gouges, mismatched screws, dripped paint and grout, scratched glass, sprinklers covered by sod, just to name a few. Pulte would save a fortune in repair costs if they just hired crews that did the job right the first time. Chase was great at ensuring damaged items were repaired (or did it himself!).
